After using this product for a number of years, we received 2 1.25 litre bottles and the product could not be pumped out of the bottle for each. After contacting the company direct they sent out new pump replacements that also do not pump the product out, the pumps will pump water. We are now contacting the company about a replacement as obviously is a bad batch and not sure whether product should be used, have bought elsewhere and do not have the same issue, thus we assume is just a bad batch and not a pump issue. In future we will not dispose of old pump in case company suspect pumps are problematic?

I was sent this free sample of QV Gentle Wash from Ocado to test and review. I found the pump dispenser really useful, no wrestling with flip lids etc., I have sensitive skin and found this to be an excellent gentle wash. It is soothing and hydrates. It is non-greasy but leaves your skin feeling clean and soft. I used it as a body shower wash, so I cannot comment on facial sensitivity. Unlike other ?soap ?free wash that I have tried this one does lather up. Tip - use on wet skin as I found it lathers up much better. I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing it in the future.....

This product can be used in several different ways. As a hand wash, in the bath etc etc I suffer from eczema in patches, as well as majorly dry skin on my hands and arms. Ive been using this on my hands and up my arms to my elbows and found all the dry skin on my arms has gone. My hands appear noticeably less dry and the hard patches at base of my fingers from stable work have actually all gone! I?m just starting to use this to wash the eczema patches on my legs and so far so good. Even just as a hand wash to counter act the dryness from so much hand washing/ alcohol gel this product is great and well worth it?s cost.

Throughout my whole life I have had to use strong steroid ointments and creams for Eczema but since the hospital identified a fragrance allergy I have only used QV wash and it has been an absolute life changer. I even use it to wash my hair. Amazing stuff. Several other family members have also now switched. It only took 2 weeks to totally clear my skin and that was over 5 years ago, not had to use steroids since.
Within 2 weeks of using QV gentle wash, my eczema had cleared. I had needed steroid cream for well over 50 years but since using QV Gentle wash for nearly six years now I have not needed steroid cream of any sort. Gave my mum a bottle and it has also meant that she no longer requires steroid cream, we had both been lifelong eczema suffers and constantly on strong steroid cream. Thanks to QV Gentle wash we are both much more comfortable, anyone with eczema will agree the condition can make you feel pretty miserable and be jolly painful.
Gentle was has cleared my combination skin on my face keeping it under control.I also suffer from very dry flaky skin under my beard I use this twice a day morning and night and after use the QV cream.Tried many products on the market to no help QV range is the best.I saw a poster up about QV skincare at a pharmacy in the borough I live in thats how I found out.Now I know why its Australia's number 1 sensitive skincare brand it works wonders.My 4 year old son suffers from eczema now and again so using gentle wash when his having a bath.high quality ingredients sometimes its the simple products that works nothing fancyValue for money dont be fooled by other products that can cost you more and reel you in with fancy ingredient list and packaging.
I have sensitive skin and would be lost without this product. The handy pump is perfect for the shower and it’s a great alternative to soap which can be drying for anyone with sensitive skin. It’s a great price and there’s heaps of product in the container so it lasts for ages. I use it all over my body instead of soap and I get no irritation. It’s perfect for my face as well and is great at removing makeup, dirt and grime from skin without stripping natural oils and it never leaves my skin dry, it’s quite hydrating and soothing. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin as it never irritates
