There's no doubt that Raco are quality saucepans. The stainless steal is high quality distributing heat quickly and evenly resulting in faster cooking.My only negative is that the lids don't have steam holes as it's designed to let out the steam all around the underside of the lid. Without steam holes however the escaping steam bubbles and spits all over the show, resulting in a big mess on my cooktop.
