Bought this pan as a recent stone-based finish pan had run its course. The flat surface and stone finish makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. I did expect the pan to be a little heavier, but I rarely use my non-stick pan for things where I need the thermal inertia of a heavy pan (e.g.: cooking steak).If you are generally cooking on medium-to-low heat and keep the cooking volume sensible, this is a great product.

The nonstick is great! Cooked perfect looking pancakes with no butter or oil.
