Awesome lure and performs really well. Many ways of fishing this lure whether it be jigging or slow-fast retrieve it just works. Also works well at day or night time fishing as well as fresh or saltwater fishing. Whether rivers, beach-surf, pier, or off a boat lure is just awesome and really easy to master. Fish cant resist it especially this color.

I use this for Pike who love it more than I! Casts like a bullet and it even trolls well. Smallmouth seem to like it also. Suspends then darts when using a pull pause retrieve. Really like the single hooks which are much easier to remove and easier on the fish when you release them as I do. The single hooks hook up as well as trebles with a lot less fouling in weeds or brush. My favorite Rapala lure.
Excellent lure out of the box. Single hooks are much better than nasty treble hooks. Less damage to fish, safer for the angler handling the fish. First outing to the jetty on South Padre Island jumped two Tarpon. Second one stuck pretty good, spit the lure at the rocks trying to land it. Fish love this lure! Highly recommend it!
Bought for surf casting on a 9ft rod. I’m not getting the distance I was expecting from the weight of the bait. It’s clunky. I’m a fan of Rapala and Yo-Zuri lures and this bait is well made. Just not impressed with the distance.
I'm a die hard rapala fan and never seize to get amazed at how good the lures are.I own pretty much every rapala made and just love trying out what ever is new.Got this today and had to try it out.Casted it on a 10 ft rod rated 1/2-2 oz the lure is a rocket!I did up grade the split rings just to be sure.The lure got an aluring rolling motion when fished slow and steady retrieve.Will be a great addition to my surf arsenal!
I like this lure for very shallow water applications where I still do not want to throw a topwater. The lipless design along with the profile gives it a great action when retrieved with long twitches. This lure is solid in the Northeast for the back bay and great down south for all kinds of species.
Lost my lure. I was only left with the split ring. Not sure if it was a snag or a big fish that hid under structure. Not a very good experience with the lure. I wish I had another one to use it away from structure; I would like one for surf fishing. Sad that I lost it on the first day of using it.
so far i caught a 15inch calico and couple cudas. i guess they love the shiny yellow at least it works still trying to catch some yellow on it and whatever else hits but pretty happy with how it swims
