I have 4 pairs of these, 3 black and 1 white. They're all fantastic. I've been cycling off and on in fits and starts with life's ebbs and flows since I was 14 twenty years ago and these are the best cycling socks I've ever worn. Every day feels like new sock day. They haven't shrunk (hang dry) and have held up well in regular rotation. Size large fits my US9.5/10 just right--not too tight on the toes and the heel cup lands right where it needs to without any awkward bunching or stretching. Perfect cuff height in my opinion too--tall enough to be on-point for style but not excessive or silly tall either. Last point, the stock/model photo make the socks look almost see-through, but I think that's just the flash. As with everything about these socks, the weight is just right.

Socks are very thin and sporty like the fit and small accents on rear. Also very minute details like left and right indicators (just a personal preference). Great for every day rides. I have bought about five pairs in various colors. Unfortunately one of them did tear on the seam by the toes within the first couple of rides but all other pairs have held up well so pretty happy with the durability/quality overall.

Bought these for use on a Century Ride in Death Valley. Excellent feel and compression. Only until the end (maybe last 10 miles) of the ride were the bottom of my feet hot. Not any particular hot spots. Consistently hot, entire bottoms of my feet. Can't really blame these socks. It was just a long ride, and I think almost any sock would have felt the same at the end.

The cardboard tag attached to the sock snagged during removal and there is now a tiny hole. Second pair this happened. Besides the unfortunate packaging, the socks are comfortable and perform well
Nice looking sock. Soft. Performs well. Am slightly concerned for longevity compared to similar performance socks such as Features that these will replace in my kit lineup, these are softer but not as durable in the toe/forefoot area with some minor piling. Still a great product after ~25 hrs of use.
Nice but a little thin. Size is on spot. Stylish but I give 4 stars because I think Rapha can do just a little better with these socks. Other competitors socks feels better
Very Green. Great material, very comfortable. The slight compression is like a tiny, baby tree sloth hugging my ankles. It makes me happy. Also, it says Rapha so people know I am a serious cyclist. Also, they seem more durable then cheaper socks. I guess cuz they cost more.
Very comfortable and soft fabric. They're probably the thinnest socks I own right now which is interesting. They will definitely only be worn on the bike. They're tight but not too tight as to be compressive, just nice and snug so the won't start to slip down. A little bit difficult to take off the first few times but I've also been trying to be careful to not stretch them out when removing them. Pretty perfect height for someone like me who's 5'8 with size 41 feet.
Purchased socks from a Rapha competitor awhile ago and was wondering why my toe was exceptionally cold on a ride. When I stopped and checked, I noticed my toe had somehow went thru the sock! I knew it wasn't cause of my toenails cause those were clipped and nearly invisible. I share this because Rapha's construction quality continues to exceed where other's fail. I have yet to find another manufacturer with a similar impressive choice of materials and build quality. Rapha just needs to make more colors so I can keep buying them.
I purchased three pair for bundle and by sizing slightly above my true size (large instead of squeezing into a medium) I figured I’d be set. I wore one pair and the first time out and back they showed thread separation at the upper heel. Customer service promptly sent me another pair for the trouble and I was grateful. Still am. Pricy socks. Made in Italy. I like that. The problem is they all show various levels of issue in that area. You might say it’s me, my shoes, my riding style. I wish it were. There is no contact between shoes and socks at those points. I do hope they hold up otherwise as they perform their task very well. My three pair of large Rapha merino socks meanwhile perform beautifully and apart from some expected pilling, look great.
