I was extremely pleased with the next day delivery of our chairs however, the state they arrived in was really disappointing. The metal chair legs were covered in packing tape that took me at least 1/2 an hour sitting on the floor picking at it to get it off. To make it worse, once the tape was removed the chair legs remained covered in a sticky residue that at this point we cannot remove. We will now have to go and purchase some shellite or similar to clean them up. Something none of us have time for. The top of the meeting table we purchased with the chairs was also damaged but the boss said not to worry about it. Maybe your warehouse staff need to be a little more considerate when they have items shipped.

There's barely any cushion, it's almost sitting on a hard surface and the so called cushion is not all the way back making you feel that you are seated on the edge.
