This helmet states that it is for "ages 5 & up", and I am definitely in that "up" category as a sixteen year old, although I still love this helmet! The helmet is very versatile as I wore it to prevent myself from hitting my head, I also wore it to go biking, and overall it is a really awesome fashion statement! I've had the helmet for around 8 months now and it is still holding up strong, as the quality is really great! The only thing I would critique about this helmet is that the chin strap sits a little bit weird, although I think it is fine once you get used to it. Received with dead batteries. Also, you can’t replace the batteries. My daughter is still happy overall but $34 is way overpriced for a dysfunctional product.

It’s a very cute helmet. My daughter loves it because it’s a unicorn so she’s happy to wear it. The chin strap could be longer though. Not all heads are created equal so a little more ability to adjust would have been nice because I can’t imagine she will be able to use it long.
The design of this helmet is so cute. My 4 (almost 5) year old loves the rainbows and light up gems. I do wish there was a better way to adjust the sizing. I bought another helmet that has a knob at the back for my older daughter and found that one easier to adjust so it fits her head correctly. It doesn’t appear that the battery can be changed for the lights, but they’ve held up fine so far. They only flash for a little bit before turning off automatically. Overall the fit is about right for my little one and she absolutely loves the helmet design and enjoys wearing it. So that is a win.
The helmet was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. One of the unicorn ears is missing and the unicorn horn is missing. Picked up package last week. I was going to wrap the gift today and that is when I noticed it.
I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter, who "needed a new helmet" because she saw the unicorn and all of a sudden her's was "old". Being a grandmother, I ordered it, haha. It's a beautiful helmet, everything about it! The material, the colors, it's durable- not just cute. The fit was near perfect and it's super easy to adjust if it isn't. You really can't go wrong with this adorable helmet.
My great niece loves this helmet. She's learning to ride a tricycle and scooter but soon will move up to bicycle and skateboard. All the while she's rocking this super rainbow unicorn helmet.

This Helmut is sturdy & adorable. My granddaughter(2 yr old) chose it! I wanted her to make the choice so she would wear it! She LOVES it!
