The frame is of excellent quality but this I expected when ordered. Sturdy frame and a good fit. What I am really pleased with are the lenses. I was cautious initially ordering progressive lenses online, but they are exactly as the ones I purchased at the opticians. Arrived well packaged.

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses and received a used pair that was smeared and dirty. It was a fight to get them to accept a return despite the fact that I had not gotten what I paid for (a brand-new pair of sunglasses) and it took them nearly a month to ship out another pair. Upon receipt of the second pair, I realized that the sunglasses were in worse condition than the first and, to my horror, had hair stuck in the frames. My concern was not handled professionally as I was originally denied a return and refund. Eventually, upon threatening to file a dispute with my credit card company, I was able to send the sunglasses back for a second time. Not surprisingly, I did not receive my refund until one month later despite Luxottica Group being in receipt of them. I understand that financial losses due to returns of goods is becoming a problem for companies, but from an ethical standpoint, returned goods should not be sold to consumers at full price without disclosure. This is especially true for eyewear as diseases can easily spread. (Additionally, given the amount of inauthentic Ray-Ban products being produced and sold, a dishonest customer could easily purchase an authentic pair from the website and switch it out with an inauthentic pair.)

I’ve had these glasses for about five years now and I have nothing but good things to say they’ve held up for a really long time they’re super durable. I don’t remember how much I paid but for the price they’ve been working really well for me. They fit really nicely and have adjusted through time. They’re also really stylish. I feel like they work with any outfit. I don’t have to switch out my glasses ever and I always seem to get tons of compliments on them.

A little slow in shipping, but absolute BEST price anywhere!

I was very apprehensive about ordering from this website; there were just so many reviews claiming the products were not authentic and were cheap knock-offs. I finally took the plunge once I confirmed on Ray-Ban's website that EZContacts was an authorized retailer. The glasses took a long time to receive, much longer than originally quoted, and we were not really kept informed through updates or other correspondence. However, after almost 3 plus weeks since I ordered them, I received an email notifying me that they had shipped. I received them less than a week later. They did not come in a Ray-Ban box (which scared me), but they appeared to be authentic Ray-Bans; they also came with a Ray-Ban case and cleaning cloth. Fits great (with slight adjustments for my larger head)

They look fantastic--exactly what I was hoping for. Easy enough to adjust (the temples were a bit tight upon initial arrival but were adjusted easily enough), and they look great.I got the "C shield" coating which in my opinion was very worth it. They seem to smudge significantly less than my first pair of glasses.The blue light filter option is also extremely helpful. I tried this same frame in a larger size on another site and the coastal lenses were vastly superior, especially with reducing eyestrain while viewing digital screens. I could literally tell the difference instantly. Great VFM

The size guide is from Ray Bans but I measure the frame width (medium) at 142mm. The arms curve outwards slightly so that they do not press on my head.I got varifocal, elite, thin lenses for £100.Buying online just be sure they fit, although high st stores have sold me ill -fitting specs before.These are brilliant glasses, excellent lenses, at a fantastic price.Second time with selectspecs and they are now my first choice.100% recommend.

Great frames, but not for all

I have had these glasses for about two or three weeks now and for the most part, I love them. I knew that I wanted these frames before I even got my prescription. Everything about these frames scream style and class, and as a law student, I feel that they have a very professional look. However, I'm over six feet tall, and the short temples (long plastic piece that hooks over ears) have started to cause some discomfort. I may take them back as I am within my 30-day window at LensCrafters. I would think that for such a longstanding, high-priced brand like Ray Ban, that longer temple pieces would be available. I AM HAPPY WITH MY RAY-BAN!!!

I have been searching the internet for another pair of Ray-Ban eyeglasses frame. This color caught my eye. Since the clear/transparent color is trending and after researching other eyewear sites to compare cost, your price was WAY lower than others for this particular color.I am a very happy customer and will be checking back for a pair of red/silver Ray-Ban Clubmaster RX5154. I have a pair now, but the last few times I had my prescription updated in them, fissures would appear, so I guess over the years, something has happened with the frames :(Thank you so much for the speedy delivery also!
