Ray-Ban RX7047 5196 Matte Black

Look great, really, really lightweight, almost shockingly so. Has a kind of "plasticy" feel to them which almost makes them feel cheap, but the flexibility is there, and the matte feel and look is great. The nosepads are matte too, so zero slippage for any of you like me that have relatively oily skin and the shiny glasses just constantly slide down all day.Really comfy on the nose, my only issue with the fit is that for some reason the top of my right ear starts to hurt if I move or take off the glasses after an hour or so. Like it's digging in to the top of my ear. Doesn't happen on the left side, and the frame isn't pressing the sides of my head so...really not sure why it's happening. You know what you're getting with Ray-Ban, the standard/quality is always good. These don't feel quite as good as previous frames, they feel less premium and a little plastic, BUT still good nevertheless.I purchased the 8k lenses for these frames and they are amazing, so much better than my previous 4k lenses. Definitely worth the extra money.

I opted for varifocal lenses as I have been using them for about 10 years now, but although I can read ok with them, I struggle when driving. Also they said that I had been given a free lens upgrade as it took about 6 weeks from order to delivery. The only thing that feels different with the lenses is they are darker than I expected and the transition of the lens is awful. I thought I was saving money, guess not, I will have to go to opticians and pay their prices.

Frames, Lenses, AR Coating...Perfect! A+

First time ordering glasses online and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. Authentic Ray-Bans and the matte black looks so good! I was nervous but they turned out way better than I expecteded. My prescription was perfect and the Crizal Sapphire coating is legit, in fact they did a better job with the coating than the ones I got from my eye doctor. Super impressed and I'm already looking for more frames to buy from here. I spent less without using my insurance than I did at my regular place with insurance and those were generic frames...A+ all around, definitely recommend these frames and this site.

I Finally Found RayBan singleqoute s!!!

It is hard to find Ray Ban singleqoute s in my size anywhere in town. And since my lenses are pretty hefty; skinny, no rims are a waste of time. Finally, I can afford the frame prices offered here. As to my lenses; I need a fairly strong prescription and lenses with all the extras - thinner, UV coating, etc. - cost me 50% - 80% more than I can get them same or better here. On my 3rd set and plan to keep coming back.

After a few false starts on your site happy with these glasses. The frame earpieces seem a little short. The price is around half of what I would have paid at Lenscrafters. Frame selection is good but could be improved and they tend to sell out quickly on some frames. Love these glasses - good quality and fit

I had an initial issue with the first set of glasses I ordered. Somehow the size ordered was not the size delivered. It is unclear to me if the large size was not available or if a mistake was made (it could have been on my end - I thought I put the exact measurements into the order form). The only complaint I would have is it could be made more clear on the order form what size you are actually ordering - you are asked to enter the measurements from your existing glasses - which I did enter, but that information does not show up anywhere on the order summary). So I had to return the first set of glasses. I will say GlassesUSA did stand behind their no questions asked 14 day return policy. The progressive lenses are perfect (now I don singleqoute t have to remove my glasses every time I need to look at something up close) and they come with a hard shell case and cleaning cloth.

The best frames for bifocals

I have purchased frames from different vendors. However, most I have purchased have been from glassesUSA. The Ray-Ban 7047 is lightweight and works very well as bifocals. I have tried progressives and couldn’t get used to them. I have also tried different styles and different frame manufacturers. This particular Ray-Ban model is perfect for me. I have to do a lot of reading but I also need distance glasses. These frames are the best because: they fit well, they are not too large, too tight, they are lightweight and therefore do not slip down my nose like other glasses, and finally, I like the way they look. I’m now considering buying the same frame but in a slightly different color. I currently wear black. I highly recommend them. the glasses were a little big(wide) on my face & feel very flimsy & kind of cheap if im being honest .. the blue light lenses are a bit distracting being that i can see blue all in the corner of the lenses. i haven't had this problem with any other glasses i've ordered. so i will be returning them. other than that great shipping speed i ordered on a monday or tuesday & got them friday. would order again just different frames.
