The hyperscroll wheel and the thumb button meant I could use this mouse as both a work mouse and a gaming mouse, something I was really excited by. I had the non rgb wireless version of this mouse and it is by far my favorite mouse. I liked the thought of having RGB on it as well as a higher DPI and more customization. I was underwhelmed by the battery life when compared to my old mouse which took 1 cheap battery every 5-6 months. Even after getting aggressive with the power saving settings this mouse still did not last very long and every time it would fall asleep or wake up it would awkwardly mess up the rythm of the dock and keyboard and they would suddenly revert back to the beginning of their color cycle after going dark for a moment. I tried using the mouse while plugged into the usb cable provided with the dock and not only did it immediately remind me why i dislike wired mice, it wouldn’t even work. The second mouse (which I currently own), initially worked perfectly, but eventually became less responsive. This mouse has a feature that allows you to adjust wheel scroll resistance, and I suspect this feature introduces this flaw.Other flaws1) The left and right wheel tilt don't scroll left and right by default. You need to program this using Synapse. If you are unable to install and use Synapse (i.e. it's a work laptop), then you will be unable to scroll left and right with this mouse2) You can only recharge the mouse using the micro USB cable it comes with.
