mic quality is similar to an old logitech webcam. its not easily fixable through the software although it can be marginally improved, its still nowhere near up to scratch for the premium cost. the sound quality is a 6.5/10, again, disappointing for how much you have to pay for this. i will say though its extremely comfortable and has great surround sound, its just that the sound is extremely artificial when compared to other headsets in the same price range

I give thanks to whoever is the head of shipping in this company. the quality of the packaging to the speed of the shipping was all amazing, as for the product its just as they put it. i got to take the headset fresh out of the box it was in and it was just this amazing feeling. amzing service and amazing shop. keep up the great work guys.

An awful wireless headset

This has to be one of the worst wireless headsets I have ever used. The sound quality is alright, but the range is abysmal. It doesn't take long for the headset to disconnect while away from the computer. However, the mic quality is the worst part. Even for wireless headset standards, this mic just does not cut it. For the price, this headset is an absolute ripoff. Avoid at all cost.

Awesome headset!

Headphones sound is outstanding, and it is hands down got the best mic I've ever heard on a gaming headset! Has great wireless range, very low latency, so much that it's barely noticeable even when standing away from the computer. Super comfortable and lightweight for their size! Would definitely purchase again!

DO NOT BUY

I bought this as I wanted to upgrade my headset and go wireless. the headset is constantly connecting and disconnected with an annoying beep for each change, each time, these are seconds apart and sometimes longer going without sound for minutes at a time, i looked around and this is quite a common problem for this headset if you let it go to 0% battery ONCE, it messes the connection or something because I let the battery drain and ever since then this headset cant stay connected for more than 15 minutes without playing up, this is not a common problem for wireless headsets, just this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND. please do not waste your money on this like I did.

Gamer headset

Light weight headset with comfortable earmuffs. After a few uses I lost the mic function. Checked to see if it was muted, no. Checked the mic jack. Turms out the jack had twisted and come loose. Be sure the mic base is correctly positioned and firmly inserted into the socket.

Little beauty

I got this to replace a Hyperx cloud that had mic issues. It’s a little beauty the sound coming through is great, lots of customisation via Razer software. Mostly using it with Microsoft Teams and I can say all is clear and crisp with the sound, no complaints about the mic from others also. As for gaming I use it with WoW and MW2 and find it more than enough for these games, you can hear those footsteps right behind you. Would be great if it was noise cancelling. My other quirk is the fact that after being on it for 8 hours it starts to be slightly uncomfortable, but I’m sure most could swap out to some form of other sound to give yourself a rest from having this on. not powerful enough

Yes they are very comfy, yes sound is clear and nice but one thing is very bad is that they are not loud enough when you play games on max volume you feel that sound is average you sometimes don't even hear dialogues, I feel lack of power, its overpriced for this kind of quality. If you use them for Music sound not good enough, bass line is very weak. Maybe they are good somewhere in the office to answer phone calls but if you gamer you will be disappointed.
