I'm a Razer guy, through and through. And coming across this keyboard, it was everything i wanted. My only disappointment is not being able to use the wireless USB dongle on my PS5. It does work with it, being wired. I primarily bought this keyboard to play Fortnite with m+kb on my PS5 when I'm at my lady's house, and away from the desktop. It has 3 bluetooth links on the keyboard for your favorite devices. Do read the manual too, to discover all of its features. As far as it not working wireless on PS5, I've read that, that it is a Playstation software problem, and not a Razer problem, which I agree, because the dongle works on several of my other devices, including Xbox and my phone (via usb adapter; Samsung S20+). Overall 10/10. Playstation, please resolve this.

Great keyboard, connects almost instantly when I disconnect the cable. Which, in itself, is helpful in that it adds an extra spot to plug in another accessory to charge. I'll also use the same port for my controller when I'm playing action games. I was also worried about the lack of keys for macros, but it's not hard to use the razer chroma software to setup unused keys for stuff like Play/pause and volume buttons. Overall wasn't expecting the versatility that this added to my setup. I picked it up on sale at $130 and that seems like a solid price, I'd maybe pass on the $180.

I had been looking to get a wireless mechanical keyboard and this one stood out because it has the ability to connect via Bluetooth or 2.4. On top of this, I am able to connect up to 3 devices which is amazing. However, for a 200$ keyboard I would expect the build quality to be good. Out of the box, some keys did not have any tactile (clicky) feedback. They felt like the yellow linear keys but my board came with the clicky greens. The keyboard also has a lot of rattle when shaked, the stabilizers are poor quality. Compared with my Hyperx TKL keyboard ($100) this keyboard does not match the quality.

Im a huge fan of razor, alot of stuff I choose from that brand so when I saw this, I really wanted it and got it. However, this keyboard did not last at all. Im sure it might have been a fault unit but I wanted to share it regardless. I bought this from Best Buy brand new, and within a day it started having issues when the U key would just stay lit up and it seemed to have connection issues. Another issue that popped up was my Xbox controller would not stay connected for long and it was frustrating and I didnt know why. The other day, the keyboard shut off and seemed like it wouldn't charge no matter how long I left it charging. So then I took it back to best buy (a month later) and wanted and exchange but they weren't even on the shelves anymore. I got a logitech keyboard for slightly more and have had no issues with it or my controller anymore so that keyboard was messing with my other products somehow. I liked this keyboard alot and it felt smooth and all but the glitches and issues it faced was not worth trying to keep it. Im not sure if the majority has had these issues but I saw a post of someone complaining about the same issues I had. If you get a good one then this is a great keyboard, but my experience with it was overall negative so thats why its a 2 star.
I just recently bought this 4 days ago. As my first gaming and wireless keyboard and I fell in love. The key strokes are nice, crisp and the right amount of clicky. The 2.4ghz connection seems super fast (to me at least). BUT, after some use I noticed several of the keys register the key stroke but theres NO “clicky” sound thats a feature of the Green Switches or its very subtle in comparison to all other keys. Ill be exhanging foe another keyboard today ans hopefully that one works 100%..or ill have to switch brands. Razers customer service was good and asked me to send a video of the problem (supposedly to them all the keys sounded the same lol. I love Razer products. Especially my Viper Ultimate wireless mouse, but the Blackwidow Mini V3 has a few issues. When in the 2.4 mode, it creates some sort of interference with my mouse. My mouse will just freeze and stop working for seconds, to minutes, to sometimes completely not responding, and I have to unplug and plug it back in. I actually believe this keyboard comes with a multi-device dongle that may prevent this issue, but that requires installing Razer Synapse, which is always a huge PC resource hog, and I just never use it.The mechanical switches are always nice, but some of them on my board are malfunctioning. I've only had this keyboard for 3 weeks, but this issue started on day 1. My G, Q, T, P, and Y keys will double type at times, but that is ... MoreI love Razer products. I've only had this keyboard for 3 weeks, but this issue started on day 1. My G, Q, T, P, and Y keys will double type at times, but that is probably just from me getting a board from a bad batch. Your mileage may vary. The RGB that Razer Chroma provides is always very nice. I never use Synapse, but there are keyboard shortcuts to cycle through on-board RGB presets, so that's a plus for anyone that does not want to install Razer's software.I usually use full size keyboards because I enjoy having my numpad, and I can say with certainty that I miss it. I got this keyboard to have more mouse room, and that was the tradeoff. The mouse room is very helpful, but man do I miss that numpad. If you're someone who can't go without a numpad, and you're not needing more mouse space, don't even consider it, just get the full size Blackwidow.Overall, it provides for a good gaming and typing experience, other than the lack of a numpad. The keyboard is functional, it has great build quality, great packaging, and Razer Chroma lighting is always great, but it could use some love in terms of quality control. I've never used a bad Razer product, and even with it's few quirks, this still isn't a bad one.Plus, I'm always in support of Razer's CEO, Min-Liang Tan. He is generous and is known to give back to his customers through gifts, giveaways, and even personally replacing broken hardware of Razer brand.
I am very much in love with this keyboard after using it for about a week now. Games are more fun to play compared to the cheap keyboard I was using before, because I feel more in control of my movement and it's more comfortable to use, with less hand fatigue. Wireless means that I don't have to mess around with a cable, and it's super portable. I just need to figure out how to keep the LEDs on a static colour without keeping razer synapse running in the background, because it keeps going back to the default colour cycle, which is the only annoyance I have so far. This is an expensive keyboard, but it does feel very premium. Has some weight to it and the keys feel/sound fantastic. At regular price I wouldn't have bought it, but if you find it on sale don't even ... MoreI am very much in love with this keyboard after using it for about a week now. On the bad side:-Lacks a numeric keypad-Lacks a touch pad or trackball-Size can be a little hard to type onOn the plus side-Has cute little RGB lights that change color while in use (they can be turned off if you don't like them)-Can actually be plugged in while using it, or you can use the rechargeable battery (which I hear does not last long before needing a recharge)-Very lightweight-Has 4 different ways to connect to your computer. USB wired, USB wireless, Bluetooth, unified USB wireless with a Razer mouse (like logitech does). I can't think of a way to connect to your computer it doesn't do-Tactile feel improves ability to type-Has a durable feel to itThe last pro is the one I like the best about it. All of which have literally fallen apart in mere months.Good purchase I'm thoroughly enjoying.
Really wanted to like this keyboard, but after a month of consistent use, I’d say it’s not the one for me. Keys require more pressure to press than I’d say is comfortable for long typing sessions. It’s also relatively tall overall (at least compared to my previous Corsair keyboard height) which also adds to the discomfort while using. Battery life, RGB, Bluetooth and Mac compatibility, while nice additions, aren’t enough to overcome the negatives. Keep in mind my focus has been typing accuracy and speed rather than overall gaming which is the main purpose of this keyboard. It’s also loud enough you won’t want to take this with you on a plane or to any coffee shop. I’ll be switching back to my previous keyboard until I find a better board that fits my needs.
Very good keyboard, but this one has no function keys, thus the 65% in its name. You have to get used to pressing the fn button so you can use the numeric keys as function keys. The keycaps are shine-through, which helps when your room is dim, that you can easily read the keys you are pressing. Key travel is very good and won't hurt when you are typing fast and hard. It's not shallow like other keyboards. The weight is lighter than other wireless keyboard. This is a very well built keyboard.
