Fast, build quality is great! Wish you could go back to Windows 10, but because of the wifi card that’s installed it’s impossible.

If the laptop breaks its a nightmare to get a reppacement or get it fixed, even with a protection plan best buy will tell you to contact Razer Support, and then when you do contact Razer, they'll tell you since you have a protection plan to go through best buy instead. You'll be trapped in an endless loop, I just want it fixed.

This is very complable gaming laptop I own and it has a bery powerful 3070ti! With this nice colorway it has a fantastic asthetic! I just dont understand why then cant make this a 16:10 display…
The thing is a straight up beast. For the 18" size, it's sleek and elegant. I like the simplicity and it's super thin. The screen quality is absolutely gorgeous. I develop games in Unreal Engine and after just a few moments in UE5, the laptop does get quite hot, so that's something to be aware of. I run it on Epic settings so scaling them down helps. But it does its job just fine. The laptop is quick and responsive. 24 cores and 32 GB ram handles just about anything you throw at it. This allows me to do some of my dev work on the couch and away from my desk. Which is what I got it for. If you want to spend this type of coin on a gaming laptop, I recommend it this one.
Not just the pink! But the fact im doing multitasking and gaming at the same time. Its awesome!!! It feels like mac pro but better!!!
Aesthetically, it’s a nice laptop; however, the keyboard frequently becomes unresponsive and I have to restart the laptop. The screen also blacks out between 2-3 times a day. I’ve had the laptop for a bit over 3 weeks now and I only have a few games from reputable companies downloaded. For a virtually brand new laptop that costs over $2k, these issues are completely unacceptable. Not to mention, the delivery arrived 2-3 weeks late and the battery life lasts less than an hour.
I'm enjoying this unit so far. I was heavily between this and the G14, but when I saw the mercury edition appear I had to at least try the Razer first. I don't think I'll be going back on that decision. I'll try to list out what I've been liking: - Battery life has been great; for my everyday tasks (web browsing, spreadsheets, YouTube videos) I get 5-8 hours of use. This is plenty for me, as I'm never toting this around for that long without access to charging it. - Performance: it's been shining. I've been truly impressed with what this machine can do. I don't intend to play many titles as I have an XSX and will default to that, but I have been experimenting. I don't intend to play many titles as I have an XSX and will default to that, but I have been experimenting. Games like Outer Worlds, Valheim, Twilight Princess emulated, Skyrim, 7 Days to Die (even though it's poorly optmized) all run fantastically. The fans do not get annoyingly loud, just noticeable. For much of my gaming, I connect an HDMI to my 4K LG C2 and it run exceptionally. - Cooling; in line with the performance, the cooling is impressive. I don't know much about temperatures for GPU/CPU, but under the heaviest loads I've done so far, the CPU hasn't gone about 85 °C and the GPU hasn't gone above 75 °C. I understand this to be pretty good, and the laptop itself hasn't gotten too hot to touch. Only the top of the keyboard below the screen has gotten noticeably warm. - RAM cannot be upgraded, but I seriously fail to see the obsession with higher amounts of RAM. Perhaps I'm just a simpleton, but for what I want to do/play, 16GB is plenty. - Price: I got this on sale at $2,100 which was above my initial budget and still more than I'd like to spend, but I don't think it wasn't worthwhile. Price is the only thing that would lead to a return, and I'm aware that there are other equatable options (G14) at lower price-points. However, I am very satisfied with this laptop and the build quality surpasses others. The cooling capability was the biggest detterent between this and the G14 (many reviews state how hot it can get, concerningly so) In response to battery bloating concerns, I've learned that some cases are from poor battery management on the user side, but Razer has also extended the battery warranty to 2 years. Further, purchasing this model (being the most recent one) boosted confidence. If you're on the fence about this, I'd wager it's because of the premium price. And that is the only reason I can see so far to be on the fence.
After constant use over the past week, I'm happy to say my new laptop has performed wonderfully. I'll look first to B & H the next time I need any electronics.
Best laptop I’ve had, quieter than expected and super fast. Does get hot, but it’s a gaming laptop, and not so hot you cannot use. Love it!
