I have owned these for just over 2 months with plenty of use and I love them. They are very comfortable I can have them over my ears for a long period of time. The colours are customizable via the razer synapse just like the razer mouse and keyboard it also syncs with the colours changing if you have it set that way. The audio is fabulous for gaming and only gaming thats also why I rate it 4 stars. With music the bass is far too much it overpowers the vocal side of music but they are gaming headphones. The mic quality from asking different people over skype and discord from what I have been told is also very good and one thing I did notice is while there was alot of backround noise that I had during a conversation said they didnt really hear my backround noise much ... I bought these to replace my Tiamat 2.2s I got back in early 2013 that are a bit worse for wear now. These are not as nice fitting, but seeing as I got them out of the box only a couple of hours ago Im sure they will wear in nicely. There is a ton of room in them for your ears. much more than I expected so that the headset only presses around your ears, not just on the edges like other overear headsets Ive used. The leatherette and foam used is incredibly soft and nice to have on and the headband is nice and soft even for that rough breathable material used. The mic slides in and out really nice. I had seen several revisions of these headset and bought them with certain doubts, however now I think that some of those opinions were wrong. The bass sounds are deep and harmonic, the arc does not exert as much pressure im 6 T and 220lb W as they said in the opinions. The pads are comfortable and you can last for hours with them on. The moldings around the headphones are the only piece that looks fragile. Overall I find them really nice for the price. The volume performance from the computer is monstrous, be careful And the only disadvantage I find is that they really catch a lot of heat around the ears when the pads press against the skin and begins to produce abundant sweat. But I have solved it by placing between the pad and the skin, a cover of a cotton cloth ... Initially, when I unpacked them I thought they were to huge and heavy, but interestingly once on my head, they didnt feel heavy. Overall very comfortable, good sound and microphone quality, however there’s no mute microphone button. So if you own a console you have to mute it by going through the settings which detracts from gameplay.The Kraken X (not this lite version) has the mute on the ear cup and it’s basically the same specs and price. I wished I’d got that model instead/initially, I purchased it later.
