Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed

Performance:goodMouse is very light compared to the last mouse I used which was the G502. The mouse functions perfectly no defect. The app really helps customize how you want to set youre mouse. Buttons feels nice to click/touch. As for the size, it fits perfectly for my hand considering my I have a big hand (My usual grip is palm grip). Although would like to see better packaging for shipping, when received box was dented however the inside box was fine with no defects so no big problem

I was skeptical going for a mouse powered by a AA battery, but I pulled the trigger anyways and have not been disappointed.1. The ergonomics are great2. Performance is great, very low latency (no different from my previous wired mouse)3. The battery life is incredible! The battery is advertised as 280 hours, however, I've managed to squeeze out 408 hours so far and I am still at about 28% battery life. Seen a lot of hype about this one, definitely feels good and is solid but has subpar durability as the bottom battery cover broke during relatively gentle/normal usage within about a month and a half of using it pretty consistently. If you go for it just be sure to get a warranty as you can’t really make that cover flush with the skates/bottom of the mouse. This WILL cause random jerking toward the left or right, not so much along the y axis though. Only mention this because you can definitely tell it’s a thin cover and will undoubtedly break if you have a harder surface or really ever pick it up during gameplay. Otherwise, great mouse with smooth tracking and decent enough size for bigger hands while as light as many other smaller mice on the market. [Rewarded Review] Solid Performer for the Cost

This is a solid mouse for a reasonable price compared to many of the high end gaming mice. It has the best sensor on the market and pretty decent main button switches (Razer's mechanical gen 2 switches). The coating is pretty good, though I wish it was a little grippier. The stock skates are quite good imo. The sensor placement is noticeably higher than most mice, but I actually prefer this for my grip style. The weight may be a complaint for some with how the current market trend is, but I prefer mice over 65 grams because it helps my aim stability due to having shaky hands, so it works well for me. This is NOT the same shape as the previous Vipers, it has a higher hump, I find the shape to be better than the previous versions.

Im a casual gamer. The games this mouse saw was Battlefield, sea of thieves, fortnite of course, and a few others. Id say i game about max 15 hours a week. After about a coupel weeks i started getting an issue where my mouse didnt turn on. Just flashed green and I would swap batteries and it soektimes would fix it, or id have to unplug and plug in the dongle again. This happened sporadically for about 3 months up until last night, where it did the sake thing but never came back on. This was my last Razer mouse. Been a fan for sometime but for a $70 mouse i expected it to last a few years, not a few months. I highly do not recommend this mouse due to its cheap Quality Control. Customer service at best buy would not allow me to make an exchange or return it due to me ... MoreIm a casual gamer. On paper, it was a disappointing release to myself and many other people out there. Everyone thought this mouse was just a cheap knock off of the already well known and loved Razer Viper Ultimate, And Viper V2 Pro. Ive owned the Razer Viper Ultimare, the Razer Viper V2 Pro, and the Razer Viper Mini, and I have to give it to Razer… they made an Incredible Mouse at a even more incredible price! I simply can not take this mouse off my desk. It has replaced my Viper V2 pro as of now, its Shape is just perfect and i do mean Perfect. The side buttons are also by far the best I have ever used personally, and I’ve tried quite a lot of mice. Its more plump and fits my hand incredibly well and I do believe most people would prefer the shape of the new Viper V3 Hyperspeed. Next topic is the weight. Coming from the Viper V2 Pro being one of the most light weight full sized mice on the market, I could definitely tell the Viper V3 was noticeably heavier, However After I tossed the included Alkaline battery and used a AA Lithium battery the weight immediately felt closer to what im used to, still not as light as the Viper V2 pro but it feels light weight and fantastic, a AA battery powered mouse may lead you to believe this mouse would be back heavy and completely unbalanced.. at least thats what i thought. However im happy to report that it is incredibly well balanced, more so than most mouse ive tried that have internal batteries even! The Last topic I’d like to go over is the sensor; it’s packing the same incredible sensor as the Viper V2 Pro and the Death Adder V3 Pro, so you know its got the performance to back it up, However I was nervous about the high sensor placement on this mouse as opposed to it being in the middle like most mice. It took a very small amount of time for me to get used to it, and once i did I can also say I prefer this sensor placement by far, if you use a claw or fingertip mouse grip like I Do, this placement made me feel so much more accurate in FPS games and some how with Dark Magic im assuming, made Tracking way too easy, its actually insane! Lol, So to close, this mouse.. on paper.. didnt sound like it would be such a good choice, but after trying the mouse and giving it a chance, it Is absolutely one of the best wireless options on the market right now, and i would highly recommend it to anyone! (As long as you dont mind spending money on batteries lol). Personally I love that I’ve been using it for 2 weeks straight close to 6-8 hours a day and its still practically fully charged. I love the thought of just popping in a Lithium AA battery and then forgetting about ever having to plug it in or place it on some sort of charging device! So if youre on the fence.. absolutely grab this thing its Amazing!!! 11/10

Most mice on the Razer side come with a nice set of grips besides this one.-This mouse does not come with a cord/adapter to allow placement of USB to be on your desktop to be close. You will need to already have one or buy one separately.-Due to the battery placed near the back of the device it does feel back heavy. Noticeable when picking up the mouse to reset your aim.In game use:In Aimlabs played around 10 games of sixshot and averaged a score of 103k with a peak of 111k. This was pretty standard as my avg with other mice like the GPX was 105k with a peak of 117k. The weight difference is what dragged my score a bit down. The mouse still had great control for small microflicks and for more precise targeting. Gridshot was a bit harder with a heavier mouse. During my 10 games of grid shot my avg was 87k and a peak of 97k. With a GPX my avg is 96k with a peak of 104k. The heaviness of this mouse shows a lot when trying to do a quicker task. During Overwatch I was playing on an ALT account in Masters 1. First game was 76 and tracking felt well enough. During that game I focused on keeping my accuracy up and I was able to get an accuracy of 46% with 76. The 2nd game was on Ashe and I was able to maintain a 63% accuracy and a 26% crit accuracy. My avg for Ashe is 55% and for 76 is 42%.Other options:>Logitech G Pro: 25K hero sensor, 48 hour battery life, 80 Grams. priced $79.99.>Razer Viper Ultimate (First version.): 70hr battery life, 20kDPI, Included dock, 74 grams. Goes on sale for $89.99 on amazon.>Pulsar X2: 26kDPI, 52g, 100hr battery life. $94.99 on sale for 10-20 off sometimes.Mod options:-Grip tape: The Viper V3 does not have any pre-cut grip tapes to use, however pulsar makes a universal grip tape. For $9.95 on amazon gets you a set of anti slip mouse grip tape. I currently am using one on each mouse button and each side of the mouse. Helps for flicks and over stabilizing the mouse.-Mouse Skates: The stock skates are good enough for me, however you can pick up dot skates from tiger gaming for about 10 dollars. These could be better if you play on a more control type pad.-Lithium battery: Just switching the battery out with a lithium one will shave off a few grams.Overall rating:B-Conclusion.This mouse feels like a downgrade from the current Viper V2. However the mouse still has a spot for users that are in search of a professional grade sensor for a reasonable cost. It is the Razer Focus sensor so it will perform well but again it feels like a step back from the current line of Viper series, but a great budget option.If you are a previous user of the Viper V1 or V2 this is a different mouse with the same name. As it has the finish of the deathadder but is ambidextrous. It also got rid of a rechargeable battery.I wouldn't say this is an upgrade from the V2 more of a newer mouse and feels like more of an experiment from Razer side. However if you are looking for a new mouse and are wanting to save as much money as possible This mouse is probably the best option. No new mouse with a great sensor like this and "lightweight" will be found for around 70 dollars.

[Rewarded Review] Wireless that performs as well as wired mice!

Highly recommend this wireless mouse. I was originally worried about lag due to it being wireless, but I’m glad it wasn’t an issue at all.Smooth tracking, multiple sensitivity/resolution levels. The battery seems to last quite a while. I’m still on the original batteries that came in the box after over a month.This performs like a wired gaming mouse without the wires. Having a tracking surface will help the mouse move more smoothly but it works just fine on a desktop.
