No problems with the floss itself. I floss daily since I have health issues which causes a bit of tooth decay, mostly from dry mouth. I only bought this floss to get rid of a lower amount gift card to make room for higher amounts ones, since we can only store 5 gift cards and not allowed to get rid of the Sun Catcher one. lol Anyhow I did a store pickup. Instead of just wrapping floss into a bag or something they put it into the semi big box. lol Be fair warned when picking your item up from the store.

I have prior experience with Reach waxed dental tape which is why I ordered it. Walmart mail orderonly listed unflavored variety. If they carried the cinnamon flavored one I might have given 5 stars. Except there was another problem. In 2 additional separate packages they shipped a total of 3 Reach packages of dental FLOSS, which I didn’t order as a special purchase because I can get dental floss as part of my normal delivery shopping. So now I have 2 packages to ship back.

This is NOT a dental TAPE! It is a very thin dental floss that is heavily coated in wax. It IS a a struggle to get it between teeth that are very close together, which I think is due to the heavy coat of wax. However, I wanted it for an implant that fits tight against the neighboring teeth but has a huge space up near the gum that regular floss doesn’t adequately remove lodged food from. This “tape” seems to do a better job of getting that stuff out, again, I believe, because of the sticky wax texture. I called Johnson and Johnson to give feedback about this and found out that they sold their dental floss line to another company called LG Household

I am so disappointed with this product. I've been looking for "dental tape" (as opposed to floss) for a while, and have been unable to find any dental tape in my local stores. I did an internet search and found this Reach dentotape. I was excited when it arrived, but when I first used the dentotape (and on subsequent attempts) it ends up shredding terribly. If I could give this product "0" stars, I would, however I would not have been able to leave a comment if I didn't mark one or more stars. Terrible product!
I guess I've always assumed that floss is pretty much floss. I mean, how often do you research dental floss? I stumbled upon dental tape while looking for a filler item to get free shipping and so happy I did! I was taking regular floss and doubling it for better cleaning and now, I don't need to do that. I find that it's great for larger spaces, but works in the tighter spots, too. This stuff cleans between the teeth 2x better than other floss I'd been using.
I like Reach floss because it’s not waxed. Waxed floss is difficult to maneuver . It’s also a thicker floss. Always get lots of praise at dental cleaning appointment. I know the floss helps me get those results.
Love this product because it is not thin like dental floss but thicker and more durable. Gets in all the nooks and crannies between teeth and cleans really well. Would definitely recommend. Just the shipping was slow.
I love this dental tape. The width is just right. It's almost impossible to find in local stores so i ordered it online with Walmart and it arrived a few days later.
Expected this to be much thicker %26 more effective than regular Reach Dental floss but it wasn't. This no flavor floss is gross and grossly over priced. Reach Mint flavored floss is definitely better that this. Years ago there used to be wide, mint waxed dental floss that was highly effective unlike this newer narrow version that's not! Can't recommend this new thin Reach unflavored Dentotape .
LIKED NOTHING. NOT TWICE AS WIDE. FLOSS WOULD NOT FEED OUT OF CONTAINER. ENDA GERED SELF TO OPEN CONTAINER STRAIGHTEN OUT THE FLOSS , CLOSED IT. FLOSS STILL WONT FEED. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE .
