Most people taking supplements care about the ingredients of products that we are willing to put in our bodies. That being said. Many companies are finding this out and not using artificial flavoring or sweeteners or gums of any kind and definitely not sucralose or maltodextrin. I really hope that more companies come to realize that simple ingredients are where it's at, and what people want. With options such as monk fruit and/or stevia. It should be no question. It's almost like companies don't want us to have peak performance so that we keep buying their products thinking they are going to work one day if we try hard enough. Idk Redcon1 makes good products, I just think we can do better. Look up isoflex natural and pure choice farms products. At least they are trying.

I've used the Redcon1 MRE shakes off and on for about 3 years. The strawberry shortcake was just a bit too sweet for me and the blueberry cobbler is good but heavy on the cinnamon. I figured I'd try the vanilla because you can always add something to flavor it if it's too bland. Well.....it's not bland, but it's heavy on the cinnamon. I guess someone in the lab has a fever...and the only prescription is more cinnamon. It's not going to stop me from finishing out the tub, but I sure don't want to feel like I'm chugging Big Red gum.

This is a decent workout supplement. It is made from high quality ingredients, containing whey in the form of whey protein isolate. Each scoop provides 25 grams of protein. The taste of the chocolate flavour is nice, not too sweet. The powder mixes easily in cold water, no clumping at all. However, the calories are slightly higher compared to other brands of isolate proteins.

Opened the container up and it had a nasty smell to it. I went ahead and put it into a shaker cup and mixed it up but the smell stayed awful. My girlfriend suggested I throw it away immediately but I went ahead and took a sip. It tasted terrible too. It must have been a bad batch/container. Haven’t touched it since, I should put it in the trash, but it feels like wasted money if I do that. But it’ll be wasted no matter what, I won’t use it.I have enjoyed Redcon1 products in the past, so I’m very surprised by this. I will go back to Legion for a while again.

Here's the thing...the flavors I wanted in the size I wanted were not available. Although I did get the Blueberry Yogurt, which has a really good taste, it was in the smaller 2 lb size. The chocolate flavor, which I also find pretty good, was not available at all. I settled for the peanut butter chocolate, which I find doesn't seem to have much taste at all.I ordered it on the 31st of the month, and received it on the 10th of the next month. So, if you're in a hurry, be forewarned, that shipment/delivery doesn't happen "overnight".I like the product in general, because it helps me get the amount of protein in my diet that I need. If I have to "settle" for size and flavor every time, perhaps I'll look elsewhere.
Really good taste! Great consistency too. Doesn’t give off a bitter powdery taste which unfortunately I have dealt with with using other products in the past! So I am very pleased with the overall product! I have been using our REDCON1 for a little over two years now and I will continue to use you guys! Maybe one day I could be a rep!

I just finished my first container of this protein powder/meal replacement. I've already ordered q second container, because I have tried about a half dozen different protein powers over the years and this is the first one Im excited to enjoy after a hard workout. It has quite a few carbs compared to its competitors but it is being sold as a meal replacement powder so that doesnt bother me. The serving size is four scoops which gets to be a bit thick for a 14oz shaker bottle, but the taste is great and and the texture makes it feel more like a meal. I am lactose intolerant and this powder doesnt cause me any problems. Overall this is the best protein powder I've ever used, Im pretty sure I will be sticking with it for the foreseeable future.
