I've read about these color lacquers and heard a lot of good reviews saying how easy and smooth formula, beautiful shine, and they have a nice smell without over power. I would love to try these. And I recommend these to anyone who doesn't want to go to a salon to do have their hair done at their own home in their own comfort.

My hair has not been colored in years. I love how this turned out. I often have flyaway hair after color but not this time. Fine hair can get over dry after color and lose its shine but I did not experience that this time.

Used Color gels 9NA /10NA for 20 years. The color is not even close! ProOxide developer did not provide the same lift as the ColorGels developer and is much tougher on my hair. Used 10NA and ended up with 'mousey blond', too warm, not the natural ash as advertised. If this is Redken's permanent replaement, I will be searching for a new company.

I have mixed it with another shade - 5NA. The colour is gorgeous. My hair are very shiny and soft. It cover greys perfectly.
I have mixed it with 5W. It covers greys perfectly and my hair are super shiny and soft. The shine lasted on my hair for a month. (I do wash my hair every 3-4 days).
Loved the color. I do my own hair and am not a professional so Iām always experimenting with how to lighten my hair and keep it from getting too warm or red. I mixed this Cream Soda 9NW/9.03 with 2 other colors like 7NN for roots then rinsed and put 9NB and 9G or 9Gi in a bottle for all over toner. Must use the right Redken 20v developer for each color type of EQ vs NN. I love how it turned out.
I have used Redken color for over 40 years. As a brunette and for ten years as a blonde. This color takes the place of their previous line of Color Gels. Once you understand tones and levels, it's predictable every time. Covers gray in ten minutes and it lasts through weeks of washing.
I have been coloring my hair to cover my grays for the last 20 yrs and this is the best color I have used. The coverage is perfect and doesn't weaken the hair like some of the other hair colors do. If you haven't tried this, definitely do, you will not regret switching.
