For reference, I bought this mouse primarily for using 3D modeling software and secondarily gaming. The reason I was buying a mouse is because I work in 3D modeling software and I use a laptop (it only has a mousepad and it was hurting my wrist doing fine-detail movements for hours on end). This mouse fits my hand very well, it is very form fitting, and the buttons are convenient and functional. It is very intuitive for what I use it for, the different sensitivity options make hand-eye coordinating with the curser (which is very important for what I do) very accurate as well as having the number keys near my thumb (I cycle through the 1-2-3 keys nearly constantly). The RGB is cool, it slowly changes color and I think it looks pretty cool. It has a sleek and sharp profile that keeps up with its aesthetics.I can't quite think of anything I would change about it, it suites my use for it very well. Maybe those who use it more for different types of games would have better criticisms.I waited a while to review this to see if it would wear out quickly, and it works great 2 months later. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and I would recommend this mouse to anyone who needs a "budget" mouse with maximum functionality. Cheers!

I L-O-V-E this mouse! My only regret is the dragon logo on it! I wish they can make one that's just plain black. My hand sits comfortably and the numbers on the side are a hugr bonus. I would recommend this mouse to anyone looking for comfort if you spend long hours on your PC. I am not a gamer but wanted something large enough to rest my hand on while dragging the mouse instead of the desk.

It looks nice, a lot of effort was put into it's looks and into over the top packaging. But it completely missed the mark on what it's job was meant to be. And that is to be a gaming mouse. 1. It's to wide, uncomfortable to say the least, it's impossible to " pick up" as any gamer knows you have to pick up and adjust the mouse in a game. Corsair offers a lift adjustment in their software as they know this very well, Reddragon does not. Instead Reddragon offers weights that are not center leveled and cause a tilting issue because the mouse is impossible to grip. The software is easy and require little learning curve, it has that over Corsair. Still the game is most important so this is shelved and I just got a new Corsair Schimitar.

Its ok. The buttons on the side are real close together. Its hard to tell witch button you are hitting. Plus when you do hit the buttons, it seems to move the mouse, in the opposite direction. Plus there is a side button, next to the left mouse button, but it is the same as the left mouse button. Its not a separate button. Plus it is a huge mouse, much bigger than I first thought. But it lights up really cool.
I purchased this in an aim to show my gaming mad son that you dont need to spend hundreds of pounds on a mouse to get top quality. Despite this he still purchased a Razor mouse so i brought this one. When i received the mouse it came is a smart but awkward to open case, which is it travel and storage box. It has a good quality cable and weight storage box. The mouse was already well weighted but its easy to change the weight by opening the cover on the bottom. The mouse installed Through windows 10 and is very accurate. However the bad point was trying to locate the software for the RGB on the mouse. Followed the links in the book and after searching some time found it and installed it. It downloads as a zip file. After using this for over a week and using my sons razor mouse i definitely prefer this one and its over 100 cheaper. Software (once found) is good where as my sons Razor software is not great and clashes with apps on his PC. I would recommend this mouse but i would ask the supplier to link the software when selling them.
First of all, it is a fairly large mouse and happens to fit my hand perfectly. It comes in a translucent black polypropylene box with an instruction leaflet, and a box with a set of weights that help fine-tune the feel of the mouse. The most distinguishing feature - the keypad, could use some improvements in tactile feedback as it uses metal membrane keys that are a tad too shallow for my taste. M1 and M2 use Huano Blue microswitches which aren't my favorite but I plan on replacing them. The software offers a fair amount of configuration and is downloadable from the official site. Five profiles are available and can only be cycled forward. All keys on the mouse can be remapped, including the scrolling action. Such abundance of keys allows you to have the entire keyboard on your mouse along with a numpad, which is convenient, but the forward-only cycle is rather limiting. The config software open without the mouse plugged in so one can have a look at the range of options before deciding on a purchase. Lighting configuration offers seven colours, three brightness levels and eight functions. The DPI range is a substantial 200-12400 with increments of 100 and can be assigned five presets per profile which can be cycled up or down if keys are assigned for this purpose. Macros can be recorded and accept a maximal length of 99999ms per individual action. If the manufacturer could issue a small update for the software that adds the option to switch to specific profiles I'll happily upgrade this to 5/5.
Pros: - good scroll wheel, left and right mouse buttons - weights leave a lot of room for customization, and it includes a case for them which isn't shown - software is easy to use and has 5 profiles that can be switched with a button on the bottom of the mouse, or a button that you configure - DPI indicator lights on the mouse - RGB is tied to the profiles, not the DPI like a lot of cheap mice. Useful for indication for profiles Cons: --- The "16.8 million RGB LED color options" is a lie. Maybe it makes the transitions smoother, but you can't configure them with a color wheel or anything. You get 7 color options, 3 speed options, and 3 brightness options. Not a deal breaker for me since I don't care that much about RGB, but very misleading. - Some of the side ... MorePros: - good scroll wheel, left and right mouse buttons - weights leave a lot of room for customization, and it includes a case for them which isn't shown - software is easy to use and has 5 profiles that can be switched with a button on the bottom of the mouse, or a button that you configure - DPI indicator lights on the mouse - RGB is tied to the profiles, not the DPI like a lot of cheap mice. Not a deal breaker for me since I don't care that much about RGB, but very misleading. - Some of the side buttons are a bit mushy, but they are usable - No way to make macros in-game; only with the software. Other: - A little bigger than I was expecting. Might need to get used to it a little if you have smaller hands - Seems to have a plenty of options for the DPI, but I'm not familiar enough with gaming mice to make a good judgement - When you switch between profiles, the LED's flash a light depending on the profile, then it switches to the color you set it to. I wish you could change these colors - I wish the DPI lights matched the RGB color. They are always red. - The braided cable is nice, though it's a little stiff. - It is packaged in a resealable box, but it's terrible as a case. A pain to open and close, and has too much room for movement. Overall, it's not perfect, but it's a great bang for your buck. If you want a good MMO mouse and don't want to pay for one from the bigger brands, this is a great option.
The lighting isn't uniform for all colours (purple and white suffer the most), and the colour choices are very limited compared to the G600 I was using previously. That is probably because of the LED placement, and the type of LED used. But if you consider the cost of this to similar brand name products (Razer, Corsair) then you understand that something has to have been done cheaper. So far, the lighting seems to be about the only major difference I've found in this regard. Also worth mentioning that people with small hands may struggle a little with the size. I have medium sized hands, and after a brief adjustment period, I find it very comfortable to use. The resting position for all fingers, so that none are dragging on the mouse mat, is a nice design feature. ... MoreThe lighting isn't uniform for all colours (purple and white suffer the most), and the colour choices are very limited compared to the G600 I was using previously. If it lasts a couple of years it will have been money very well spent, and certainly worth purchasing again.
Mouse is great but you have to find the software to customize it yourself on the Red Dragon website. All the buttons are ergodynamic and have a good feel when clicking it.You can customize all the buttons to be whatever you want in the Red Dragon software including regular keyboard buttons. The dpi is really well designed and will let the mouse handle bumpy surfaces.
this is one of the better mouse I have bought in a while. I know buying a mouse is sometimes like playing roulette. you will either hate it or love it. sometime their performance is not as good as you think it should be.Well i got lucky and this is really a great mouse. I found it to be very easy to set up and gaming with it has been very easy. once you figure out all the buttons and the lights and the overall set up its really neat.it just glides across my mouse pad.
