This is close to being a very good treadmill. It is solidly built, and has a pleasantly firm running deck that is not at all bouncy. The controls are simple, though a little lacking.Cons:The display lacks current pace information.I would expect a touchscreen at this price point. The machine makes an annoyingly loud BING! every time a button is pressed. The volume cannot be adjusted. The manual is terrible and lacks basic information like how to change from mph to kph. Reebok UK told me this was not possible, but reading other manuals showed that by pressing speed up and incline up for 5 seconds it would change units. The app and Bluetooth dongle is fairly hopeless. I've tried two different Bluetooth phones, and both struggle to connect, with the treadmill requiring a restart to get it going. The app can do some more interesting workouts than the in built selections, and you can map out a route on Google earth and run it. The machine attempts to match the terrain, whilst the phone/tablet display displays your progress on the map. I was unable to get a streetview version, and combined with the poor connection issues, I quickly lost interest. My unit was supplied with paint defects to the RHS upright. The manufacturer has scratched it then tried to cover it up with a couple of blobs of silver spray. Unfortunately the silver is a different shade of silver, so it looks terrible. The deck has two defects on it that could be felt through the belt. One turned out to be a 5mm piece of deck surface material adhered over the deck. This would not come off with a fingernail, but did come off with a gingerly applied scraper. The second defect is a small dent, which I am concerned will let silicone enter the deck. The deck was supplied bone dry, so required considerable lubrication (supplied).I am yet to receive a reply from John Lewis about these issues.

Disappointed
25 March 2019

My previous Reebok treadmill was recalled by the manufacturer and this one was sent.It is disappointing. Far less sturdy than the last one, fan is absolutely useless and moves no air at all, doesn't have facility for heart rate with chest strap (despite instructions saying it does), makes annoying beeping sound, no ability to enter user weight etc for accurate calories, generally flimsy and cheap feeling, hard to assemble (have to screw bolts into holes that you can't see).I wish that I kept my old treadmill as despite this one being two years newer it is a far worse product. I'm really disappointed with it and would advise others to look at other options and avoid this one.

Easy buying a treadmill online

I found the process of purchase and the delivery easy, and it was the best price in the market. No complaints. The treadmill is solid and ideal for home use. Hoping I attain many years of use from it.

Fantastic treadmill; extremely solid and easy to use. the whole family use it and love it. Lots of features / powerful and a nice large running deck that is very absorbent so not so harsh on my knees.

Overall a good light commercial quality treadmill
25 October 2018

Overall a good treadmill; although would have benefited from having a 4CHP motor, once I start running at 7mph and beyond - this is where I feel the treadmill fails to perform like a Lifefitness or Technogym treadmill. Also whilst it has a large display screen - its feels a little dated and redundant...Reebok should have built in a touch screen and interactive visual workouts.

Workout time
5 May 2022

This treadmill is good. It is quite heavy and doesn’t have a gas lift. Which is a pain as it takes up a lot of room. It says it’s a two person lift, but I found that two of us couldn’t lift it, so we had to ask friends for help. Had to check all the holes as some holes didn’t fit all the screw in properly.

not as expected but ok
26 March 2019

this is not a bad treadmill if you arent to fussed about the latest features and tech , went together ok but what i didnt realise is that although its pretty solid the downside of this is it doesnt fold unlike other treadmills so you do need quite a bit of room
