The quality and weight of this are great, but the one size fits all is not accurate - this is clearly designed for men. It's fine for walking, but does bump around a bit as I can't tighten the straps enough to fit close to my waist. I wouldn't want to do burpees or anything involving jumping in it, as it's not fitted enough on me.

Probably the best and cheapest weight vest on the market. Weight is evenly distributed throughout the vest and it is comfortable to wear. Vest is not bulky at all. I use the vest mainly for my 7Km runs, but will also use for working out. So happy with this purchase and glad I didn't shell out for $300-400 vest thats doesn't even look as good.

Perfect addition to my walking routine! Fits well, comfy to wear - doesn't shift around when walking. I like to run most days but this adds some extra effort to my walk. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Reasonable. The issue is the elastic bands on each side of the vest. No matter how tightly you fasten the buckles on the front, the elastic sides mean the vest bounces around when running, and sags to the floor for any parallel movement like a push-up.
I wear this weight vest around the house when doing housework, and when walking on my treadmill. It is comfortable and easily increases the intensity of the workout and calories burned. I’m glad I chose this one over the 10kg one, as it feels heavy but isn’t painful or uncomfortable to wear and still allows me to move around easily without too much extra effort.

A great way to add a little extra umph to the daily walk.It would be great if this one had weights you could take in and out as the other options offered, but I didn't want to sacrifice the design which is quite good.
Very comfortable to wear with weight evenly distributed. I’m 53Kg and these 5kg are a great extra weight when power walking.
