I needed a durable, comfortable, stylish sandal that could be dressed up or down and would withstand the elements of a few different harsh climates. Since April, I’ve now traveled through the Philippines, Mexico, and Italy with these sandals over weeks of combined traveling for work and pleasure, and they have been incredible. I absolutely fell in love with the look, fit and functionality of these when I ran across them in our local sporting goods store. I was leary of the price but looked into the brand since I'd never heard of it and was quite impressed. I found a sale on their online store and ordered a pair. I was shocked at how long they took to be delivered. Once I had them I loved, but quickly realized they were a bit big. I'm almost certain that when they get wet my foot will slide inside of them. I'm scared the velcro won't hold up and my foot will slip out. If not initially, over time as it wears down. I checked the site to see if I could exchange for a half size down and they are only available in whole sizes. These are so cute. I love the way the look, and at first I thought they were comfortable. They are okay for walking around for a short period, but after about 45 minutes my pinky toe fell asleep and I got blisters from the top strap. Its because of the rubber material, and I could feel it rubbing on the back strap as well, which will inevitably form a blister. Such a shame because they are super cute. For reference, I wear size 8.5 wide. They don't have wide or half sizes, so I sized up. The sizing up helped with width, but they are slightly too long for my foot (not ugly or enough to care though).
