Scrumptious and convenient add on to any dishes, from salad, pasta, tortillas …I like the fishes are boneless and skinless. You don’t need any prep work, just open the can and enjoy. The are also good with bread and sandwiches. There is no fishy smell. The olive oil can be added to salad and pasta too. This can save me a few times during lockdown. The can has a decent portion. Every piece of fish fillet is finely selected. I always keep a few pack at my home for a quick grab and go. Sardines are so nutritional and keto friendly too. Highly recommended!

Good quality

Trying out each of Reese’s sardines. Glad to have tried this, but I do prefer in olive oil rather than in water, and also with skin and bones as it’s from the bones you get the calcium (about 5-7 times more!). Drained the water and added olive oil and fresh herbs for a tasty light lunch of sardines on toast or on a baked potato. Well packed can with generous serving. Great nutritional benefits. Reese is an excellent brand and very glad to know of them via iHerb. Their sardines are from Morocco, the world’s larger exporter of canned sardines of reputable quality and ingredient.

Just what I had in mind! These are excellent.

When wanting some seafood, these Sardines are an easy meal. I created a sardine and spinach soup because it's cold here in Nevada and because I had an 8 oz. bag of fresh spinach on hand. I made a rue and a broth; added the flavorful sardines plus some canned mushrooms and a few marinated artichoke hearts; some dill, lemon juice, and voila! A tasteful and healthy soup for two or a sauce for pasta if desired. There are no bones nor skin and packed in water; the quality is just what I wanted! I recommend these and will definitely buy again.

The Best Sardines I found are from iHerb

In a way I do not want to write this review, I'll tell you why.As more people learn the good points of these Sardines I am afraid they will be harder to get and the price will rise. But, Oh well...I looked for days on the internet for low sodium Sardines and all the ones I found came back as "NO LONGER MADE". Then one day I found Reese low sodium Sardines at iHerb. I bought 8 cans to get the best price. When I opened my first can I was immediately impressed with the fact the tab did not tear off as it did on other low cost brands I tried. The next thing that impressed me was the smell was not overpowering as was on other brands I tried. The overall quality of these Sardines is excellent. The flavor was enjoyable to eat and did not leave a salty taste in my mouth . I am going to buy more very soon.
