I opened the box took the metal pin out to wear the smart watch and it shot off somewhere on my floor so now I can't even use it it would have been much better if the metal pin was secured in place instead of freely coming out.

I purchased this watch to see how intense my job was being a Drayman (Beer Delivery to Pubs). I'm happy with the watch itself but the strap is diabolical. It has a magnetic clasps which constantly slides along the metal strap so you having to adjust the strap every few minutes or it will move from your wrist and on to your hand. I going to send it back to Littlewoods. If the strap was changed it would be perfect.
I was so happy to get this on sale. The watch isn't exactly as advertised though, the screen doesn't fill the whole round watch. It's a square in the middle, it's noticeable but not a deal breaker.
I must say purchasing through First Class Watch was excellent - easy website, additional discount, next day delivery, item well packaged - I'll definitely use again.Sadly, I was not happy with the product myself - the style looks great, size is perfect, excellent price. The only disappointment for me was that its not easy to use and navigate through. After looking at the screen i realised there is a small button, and I wouldn't be able to navigate easily in between the tasks and it would be very stressful for me. I was very excited and I don't understand how I missed this important information when buying this watch as the reviews where great.I will now look through Garmin and will find a replacement.
Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it, he can check his heart rate, footsteps, sleep etc and knows straight away when someone is calling. Its a really smart, good looking piece and the wristband is really comfortable.
Brought for a gift for my husband. After reading reviews on a number of same style watches which as everyone knows there's good and bad. I finally decided on this reasons for choice : Fantastic strap which is a plus as my husband has problems with the dexterity in his hands. Easy set up and easy interface. Just looks so smart .
