Reflex Active RA05-2022 Series 5 Black Smart Watch

I bought this watch a while ago and it is a very poor quality. Most of the features they listed are not included and very poor battery life. Also, the time keeps changing randomly and I have to reset it with the app. You need 30 or more battery to reset it by adding a new clock face. I gave it 1 star because I can’t give it minus stars. Terrible would not be recommended!

I thought the watch looked ok, and had read reviews which seemed ok, but when I went to download the app, which I’d need to use it, I read the app reviews and they were very poor, averaging 2.8 out of 5, with lots of people saying the app itself had basic issues and problems, and then poor customer service when they tried to resolve the issues. I expect a product to work and wasn’t prepared to buy something with such bad reviews. I didn’t even bother to download the app, and simply returned the watch.

Upon taking receipt of my delivered new smart watch I was dubious from the start. The box didn’t look new and looked like it had been opened. The watch didn’t have a protective film over the face and wasn’t in a very secure box. The charger had clearly been unraveled and was no longer clipped together as they are when brand new so I could tell it had been used before. The face would light up occasionally but would not function or change setting. The function button didn’t work at all!. Charged it and the charger didn’t even appear to work. Quickly tried it on during one instance of the face lighting up and No matter which way you tried it would not register a step at all.This was clearly a fault/broken watch that someone had return that was cheekily sent to me!
