Refurbished Apple iPod Touch 6th Gen 64GB - Pink

Fallen for my daughter because she wasn’t quite ready for a phone but I wanted her to have a way to call me in case of an emergency. This allowed her to learn phone etiquette prior to getting her cell phone. It takes great pictures. You can hook up Apple family music to it, play games, videos and all other phone essential! Has plenty of storage for apps and memory

Upon taking the iPod touch out of the packaging, I was immediately surprised by how small it is. In a world where phablets are becoming the norm, a 4 inch screen looks very tiny. Your mind and eyes quickly adjust, however, and the display becomes a joy to use.The smaller size is appreciated, as it makes the iPod touch lighter and more compact - perfect for exercising or putting in a shirt pocket when going for a walk. Gaming with it is a treat, as it fits comfortably in the hands. I prefer playing mobile games on the iPod touch as opposed to my monstrous Nexus 6.The iPod touch is designed with music and other multimedia in mind, however, and it really shines here. It is the perfect way to experience the wonderful Apple Music streaming service. Whether using the stock earbuds or my Beats headphones, my favorite songs sound wonderful. While you don't have to use Apple Music with the new iPod touch, Apple's streaming service is a phenomenal experience and I would suggest trying the service if you haven't already. The iPod touch and Apple Music are just meant to be together.Apple Music features intuitive human-curated playlists that makes relaxing with the iPod touch a dream. I went into my backyard, sat in a chair, started a playlist and mindlessly relaxed and enjoyed the music. Never would I need to skip a track. If you will be traveling somewhere without Wi-Fi, don't worry - you can easily add songs from your iTunes library or other MP3s too. The model I am using has 128GB, meaning there is plenty of space for music, and videos and apps too. The iPod also comes in 16, 32 and 64GB sizes.

Disappointing

I am returning this iPod. I tried to set it up for my child but this version is not compatible and can’t upload from iCloud. I had to upload apps individually. Also, when I download the apps individually I have to download an older version which makes me think this thing won’t work after a while.

Excellent product for the money.

This was "Like New", meaning pretty close to new, but it was pre-owned. Whoever had it before forgot to disassociate their iPod 6th generation, that I have now, from their iMac. I was only able to restore 138 songs from the over 1,000 pre-purchased songs I had from a confiscated computer and iPhone 4S from six years ago. Perhaps if I pay for a subscription to iCloud, the rest will come back. Not bad for the price of a Like New iPod; I'm happy with it. Came with a protective case, and touchscreen protector, and everything else it said it would. The iPod touch would not connect to a public network for some reason, but would connect to my mobile hotspot. Bluetooth works great. Lighter and thinner than the 80 GB iPod Classic. Amazing. Love It, Hate That Spotify Doesn't Support It :(

iPod was packaged well and delivered in two business days via FedEx. No scratches or indications that the device was previosly used, even though it was ranked as "Used Fair Condition". Battery life seems pretty good as well, considering its age. My one and only complaint (no fault of the seller) is that 6th Generation iPod IOS is NOT compatible with Spotify! I researched forums and without hacking the iPod, there is no way to update the IOS to a compatible version due to the physical onboard memory. This, unfortuneately, may be a deal breaker form me :(

POOR QUALITY CONTROL

Poor quality control. As soon as I open the box right away, you can tell something was wrong with the screen. There was a small air bubble inside the screen. You can actually feel half of the right side of the screen click when you tap on it I’m 100% sure it’s not supposed do that. I did contact main seller about this issues. I was put on hold never heard back from them??? I wasn’t giving any options to the problem. When a company doesn’t stand by their product I don’t think I would buy from that company again. I wish I was able to upload video so customers would be able to see what I’m talking about

Review of APPLE iPod touch - 16 GB, 6th Generation, Space Grey

Good Points: Sleek updated model of the popular iPod, albeit sacrificing handy size of original iPod up to 4th Generation models, http://marquix.net/digital-photos-and-video-footage-made-easy/ also mentions it's incompatible with MacOS long-term-supported version 10.6.8 which is left out in the cold by iOS 8 and iOS 9 "software requirements" -- not properly thought out by Apple, again promoting consumer gadgets over usability of tested-and-proven MacOS versions (and advanced users who are running these for various technically justified reasons).Improvement Points: Size matters -- here in a not-so-good way: increased display size makes iPod 6th Generation models slightly bigger. (There are iPads, including iPad mini if "big display" is what people want).Aluminum case is not as nice anymore as stainless steel (as common in earlier versions, up to 5th Generation iPods).Battery gives a rather shoddy impression compared to earlier stainless-steel iPod models, heats up and has shorter operating time.Case is strangely designed by Apple and made extra-difficult to open (in order to disincentivise "jailbreaking" we have to assume; this makes reasonable repairs outrageously difficult, too, and thus reduces overall value-for-money valuation of this iPod model.Apple urgently needs to focus on staying credible with professional (or "conventionally"-advanced) users instead of pushing consumer-style items and gadgets and water-down large parts of their original reputation and overall company value.

Works, but not for long.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. It doesn’t stay charged, and the screen is starting to go out. After playing on it for 20 minutes, the screen started to look like it was color reversed. I had it fully charged the night before, and it was dead after 30 minutes of use. It looks refurbished, but there’s no way it actually was. If it is refurbished, their standards are really low for what quality is.

iPod touch

Great for the kids. 6th Gen iPod touch can connect to WiFi and still has a few working apps is a plus. I bought two, only issue is that the battery life is not wonderful and of course with no more Apple updates you won’t be able to download most apps like Spotify. FaceTime and iMessage is great though when you refuse to buy your kids a smart phone,
