Reloop Buddy Compact 2 Channel DJ Controller

Great controller, purchased because I needed a small compact controller for certain applications. The sound quality is great with plenty of volume available.

Powerful bit of kit . Djay app for iPad with this is incredible . Only downside is you need to have an adaptor if you have the iPad Pro , usb c will not fit . Had to go out to get one.. description don t tell you this , would be helpful if it was .

Great backup or beginner's controller

I purchased this as a portable controller for smaller parties, and also for outdoor events. I prefer it to the Pioneer DDJ200 as it has a built-in soundcard and so it is full stereo and no need for the splitter cable. I also like the fact that it has a slot for my iPad so feels better integrated. It will run from a USB powerbank so doesn't need mains power, and will also charge the iPhone/iPad while connected as well.I like the native support for DJay's Neural mix, it's the only controller on the market that has this currently. The only downside is that the jog wheels are very close to the EQ knobs and it's easy to accidentally nudge them without meaning to.

Nice compact dJay Controller

I was looking for a compact upgrade to my Numark DJ2GO2. Reloop has a number of cool options, but I chose to go with this because of its pricing. It works very well with dJay on my phone and iPad. The NeuralMix controls are fantastic! I wish I could say the same about FX controls ? but oh well. Overall, it?s a good little controller

A great little compact unit to use with my ipad which is a fantastic back up controller solution next to my XDJ-RX2 for use at weddings.

Surprisingly fun and functional

Yes, it’s a bit small, and yes, if you had big farmer size hands you’d probably be a bit annoyed. But it’s got just about everything you need. The lack of mid range filter via hardware is fairly irrelevant to me. Others complain, but it can be done in software. My only frustration is that some of the knobs don’t seem to give visual feedback on the app screen so a bit of flicking about on screens is needed to know what you’ve done with filters and effects. Once you work it out this is OK but it’s fairly easy to change a filter on screen and have a knob at mid/zero position and be confused as to why a track doesn’t sound right.
