Our heads are not perfectly round or flat and therefore there will always be areas which take a little longer. This issue will occur with all clippers and shavers. But I feel this one does really well. So far so good and it is nice and comfy to hold. It does not get your hair down to shaved look if that is what you are after. If you want that then get the R5 Remington scalp shaver, I did and love that also. If I let my hair grow a few millimetres more than usual I will use these clippers for a once over than complete with the R5 shaver. I now have 2 of these clippers - my wife uses the old one to trim the dog - so she bought me another for myself (but I still use both). What I like:_The batter lasts foreverEasy to cleanGreat, snag free resultseasy to usegreat results!Please let me know if you ever plan to discontinue these - I will buy a few more to last the next 50 yrs :)Only feedback is that on the newer model the blade has sharper points which requires more care. I usually just use the cartridge from the old one which works on both.

Never having cut or trimmed my own hair before, I was a little nervous about using these clippers for the first time, but after viewing a few "how to" videos on You Tube I bit the bullet and had a go. I found the process surprisingly easy and I was very happy with the result. The clippers come with a generous assortment of 12 combs, which will clip to a range of lengths from virtually bald to one inch. Also comes with AC charging plug/cable, cleaning brush, oil and a good-quality carrying case which will accommodate everything. The clippers are well-shaped to fit your hand from multiple angles and are very easy to keep clean. Fairly quiet too. Another six or so trims and the clippers will have paid for themselves in visits to the barber or hairdresser. Terrific product!

The clippers themselves work quite well and help me both maintain a standard 1mm hair length, as well as blend into my beard. Despite this, the battery life is substandard. When fully charged and used for less than 5 minutes, if left for more than an hour, the battery is dead. Progressively over two weeks the battery deteriorated until the point to which it no longer turns on. Shame.
This Turbo has lost the easy top on/off button it’s now buried underneath in the combined Turbo button. The plastic guides release tabs are also buried underneath above the Turbo button and very hard to undo due the closeness of the turbo button and makes it easy to break your finger nail whereas the old one had one touch comb release lever. Cuts great and easy to use but ease of operation has been made more complex.

I had the previous curved model until the battery life expired (about 5-6 years) and rushed out to get this latest one - no regrets.The push-button power switch -operated with the thumb- has moved from on top of the palm grip to the back of the unit as a slide-switch which is fine, just a little getting used to as it now requires two hands to turn on and off.Comes with a wide range of clip-on combs, a power pack for charging, fancy box packaging, and a quality leather pouch large enough to store either charger & clippers, or combs and clippers.Highly recommend to those wanting to express their God-given baldness!
Buy this great product! Have been using one for more than 4 years, just bought another to put buy in case this one stops working (still going as new at the moment). I originally bought one …I think it was called BabyBliss a circular blade, it was not good.The Remington is quick and comfortable to use very easy to clean and have save a huge amount of money over the years.I use it at the 6mm setting for very short cut.My only criticism is that a finer range of trim length at lower settings would be good with the addition of 5mm & 5.5mm for just right trims at very short lengths.I don’t write many reviews only when I think they are worth while purchase.
Gives a very nice, even cut in relatively little time. If you own a traditional set of clippers it will defintely be an upgrade. It fits nicely in the hand, covers a wide sweep and hasn't missed any tufts on me.I have only used it a handful of times so I can't comment on the longevity of the battery, but power is ample out of the box.Only minor gripe is it did occasionally tug at the hair on the first cut (longer hair) if I tried to sweep the trimmer really quickly. But on shorter I can use it at a steady & fairly quick pace with zero issues.
