The weighted heating pad was disappointing. Despite its promises of comfort and relief, it barely provided any warmth and the weight distribution was uneven, making it uncomfortable to use. Definitely not worth the investment.

Received this item and it was the most wonderful heating pad I’ve ever had… until it wasn’t. It only worked for about 7 minutes and then turned off. I turned it back on and tried again, and again. I did make sure it wasn’t a setting issue. I returned it and purchased another.
I really like the neck shoulder heating pad. It’s better than I expected. I’m waiting for my neck and shoulder surgery and it helps a lot.
I absolutely love this! I’ve always tried to hold a regular heating pad on my neck and shoulders because of muscle pain and it doesn’t work very well! But this is absolutely amazing! Being able to change temperature settings is wonderful also! I can also set a timer that also amazing! There is nothing I dislike about this heating pad!! ♥️
My sweet husband gave this to me for an anniversary gift. I love it! I am always freezing and I turn this on for 90 minutes. That’s right 90 minutes! My old heating pad turned off after 10 minutes. Love this product!
This product is well made and has the convenience of being a wearable heating pad but this does not get hot enough even on its highest setting. For the price tag of $49 , this is not worth it. I have a cheap soft gel heating pad that works so much better and I will be going back to using that. I am returning this Renpho heating pad.
I purchase the heating pad to use outside in the evenings. I have chronic back pain, the heat and the weight helps so much. Highly recommended.
My fiance' bought this for me last year. I have fibromyalgia and it gave me great relief when it got cold and it flared up. My nephew needed to barrow it and it worked so well, we told him to keep it and we ordered another for me and also purchased one for a Christmas gift. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
