This is great for headaches and for relaxation in general. The first night I tried it I fell asleep before it finished. It goes through several different massage rhythms and the heat is a nice touch. It is a massager with heat for your eyes, it can help relieve headaches and eye strain. I bought this out of curiosity because it seemed interesting and my partner and I have both used it.
