Very nice carbon bar. You can feel the light bit of flex on bigger drops. Renthal has been building bars for off-road motorcycles for years so they have a bit of experience and it shows in these bars. 181 grams.

Amazing carbon handlebar, surpassed my expectations. Now I understand why they are so costly. Super comfortable and EXTREMELY light weight. The carbon has slight flex under bumps to help absorb more uneven surfaces. I don't ever want to use different handlebars, I will pay the extra money for "Renthal Fatbar Lite". The rise 30Mm and width 740Mm I got are perfect for my bike. The handlebar is also great to add any attachments as the material of the surface is very smooth. I currently run a flashlight attachment on one side and a cellphone holder on the other.

This Fatbar Lite Carbon bar just replaced my Raceface Aeffect stock bar. At 190g it's a huge weight savings over the ~340g RF bar. Game changer at 3 times the price? Doubt it. But the heart wants what it wants. And what it wanted was a carbon fiber bar! And that's what it got.

The handlebars are excellent. I went to a 30mm to help reduce some wrist pain I was having. The length (760) and the stem width (35mm) is the same that I had. Upon opening the box the bars were well protected. They are unbelievably light. Its like comparing a straw to a crowbar. On the trail they are perfect. They're comfortable and stiff, yet I felt like they were dampening the vibration. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no left to right marker to make the install easier, but the clamp sits on the label so it really wasn't hard to center. I would absolutely buy them again.
These handlebars were my starting handlebars. But, I rode aluminum handlebars on my dj, and then switched over to these and you could feel the front was lighter. I also have these on my heavy hitting enduro and it hits and takes the impact quite well. The only flaw that you will find is it will start to strip a slight amount on the end of the bars if you throw your bike as much as I do with my dj.

I moved over to carbon bars several years ago, and have been using the Fatbar Lite on my enduro rig for the past 2 years. I had experienced quite a bit of hand fatigue on long descents & at the bike park with my stock aluminum bars. Switching over to the carbon, I found that vibrations were generally dampened.One of my main concerns when switching over to carbon bars was their ability to stay intact during hard crashes & impacts. I've thrown my bike off jumps, into rock gardens, and head-on into trees. The Renthal fatbars have withstood all of those impacts without showing any signs of failure.
The bars and stem is trash. The carbon is flaking off from simple tiny scratches. It looks horrible, and it was mostly used XC without a crash. The steerer clamp bolt broke off while tightening it with a torque wrench. I reached out to them for a claim with no response. I have ENVE on my other bike that amazingly better with lifetime warranty. Don't buy or you will regret.
I wanted a CF bar that had more rise than my current 20mm. I ordered the 30mm rise and it's the fit I needed. Quality is first class. Super light weight and vibration damping is what I expected compared to the AL bar I had. One little detail that I noticed when taking it out of the packaging was: The bar has a gritty/grip anti-slip strip in the center where it contacts the stem. Great little touch to ensure it stays in place. Ensure you note the disclaimer not to exceed 5Nm for stem bolts and controls such ad brakes and shifter.

Extra head tube spacers weren't cutting it, and riser stems were just okay.Enter the 40mm rise carbon Fatbar Lite.It does what I needed it to, perfectly. It's stiff (more than the narrow flat aluminum Ritchey bar it replaced), but transmits less chatter than the aluminum. The alignment grid is clever, and I appreciated the texture in the stem-mount area when installing.Somehow I've managed to hit 3 trees since installing this. Not getting caught between trees, full-on "oh look, there's a tree here" collisions, with nary a scratch.I am a little wary of the ultimate durability ...
