Universal Coolant Pre-Mix is a Type A anti-freeze, anti-boil that can be used as a top up on all coolants and inhibitors. We have had no problems with our fleet of vehicles using Repco Pre-Mix Coolant.
A great product that came pre-mixed making it easy to use and get right.
If the yellow colour of the product was more vibrant, I think when checking the water level it would make me think the cooling systems was well and happy. Rather than giving me a feeling that the coolant is washed out and tired, but yet you know it is brand new and there is nothing wrong in the system. But perhaps that is the marketing perspective of the product and you feel inclined to refresh it more often than needed?
Used this universal coolant to refill my Honda Fit. The car starts boiling which is horrible, but luckily no hot engine light. I guess the boiling point is just 100 deg C. So have to flush my coolant system with typical coolant.
