It’s the first time I’ve used this particular film as I wanted to try a Kodak Vest Pocket. The film was fine and did a great job. The film is tightly wound because of the very small spool and loading into a spiral was a little more difficult than usual because it wanted to remain in that shape but no a real problem! The image with this review was scanned and finished with Snapseed.

The film came well packaged and with care. My first time in years using film to take pictures. I plan to buy more in the future. I haven't used it up yet, so I can't speak on the quality of the pictures, but I'm sure they will come out great.

I’m a new returner to film and acquired a couple of 127 cameras in job lots from ‘the bay’. I shot this on a Bencini Comet 44 which is about the size of an Olympus Trip and too pretty not to use. It loaded fine on the Paterson reel and I developed in Perceptol 1+3. Very pleased with this first effort. Keep producing this film please!

Bought some of this to try on my 1961 Brownie 127 and was quite impressed .With the age of the camera I wasnt expecting too much but the film did well. I will certainly be using it again for sure. Tried it out at RSPB Burton Mere.
I put this film through an old Kodak that was made for 127 film. The wind-on was total potluck - I got some cool double exposures but wound through the film really fast. Want to try it again 😊
127 film is difficult to come by nowadays. This is a really great film, and a welcome introduction. I process it myself in Perceptol (rating it at 200ASA and develop it for about 14 minutes, which results in a very clean negative). My scanner is very old, and not very good now, but photographing the neg on a light panel with a digital camera produces good results too. This is a really great film, I just hope that it will continue to be available - I'm so pleased with the results. There are labs who will probably process it, but understandably it is likely to take longer than common formats and C41 film, and anyway I quite enjoy the experience of going back to processing the film myself (though scanning, digital processing and inkjet printing is far more rewarding ... More127 film is difficult to come by nowadays. I bought this film for my husband to use with a 127 camera he got for his birthday. This is what he had to say about it:"A nice film for landscapes. I've only shot the one roll so can't speak for other types of photography. This film really likes well lit scenes and can produce some nice contrast. Underexposed shots lose a lot of shadow detail."
This was my first go with 127 film, so I don't have anything to compare against. I did experience the white dots that I've read about in other reviews, but I quite like the look of it. I feel it adds a texture to the photo. I found the film shot better in stronger daylight rather than in cloud. I had focusing issues with my camera (Vest Pocket Kodak) which hadn't been used in decades so I can't comment on sharpness of images but overall I like this film and will get it again.
Not sure if it's pertinent how "good" it is, but more importantly you can get it easily from AW for those 127 shooting occasions. Still, a nice stock with good contrast and shades. I shot in a horrible little plastic box, so I can't really comment on the sharpness though.
I love the rerapan 400. It allows me to use my two 127 cameras that I otherwise would have no film for. There's a few different cuts available, but this is my favorite - it's solid quality and affordable.
