I find that Rescue Remedy helps enormously to wind me down from an anxious state. Especially good if wakeful with a racing mind. The pastilles are very convenient.

Works well and helps my eldest child go to sleep.
These are great and do work out (for me) to be more cost effective than the drops. Good to have a container at home, in handbag, in an emergency bag and first aid kit.
Not sure if this is a placebo effect or if they actually do something and it’s hard tell if they actually work or not, but I take them before stressful meetings.
Fantastic product, great sour flavour. Works well when you are feeling abit stressed.
I take them for anxiety and stress but I'm not sure if they help much. It's not obvious to me but I keep trying them.
I really like this product. Instant feeling of stress relief. I bought the original flavour. Good taste and size. I will definitely be buying more, much easier than the liquid drops.
