I have a straight up/down forehead and a rather flat nasal bridge that prevent a good seal with many masks. I'm glad for the adjustment option for the forehead piece with this model that allows me to get a good fit.

I looked everywhere for the parts for my c-pap mask. Knowing the mask was new I found the part on your website and called the phone#...the representative that answered was kind and courteous and knew exactly what I needed and we got the part ordered also I needed another part and it was in question that I'd ever be able to find it and she said they had that in stock to I was amazed we ordered the parts and I receive them within a week and they were exactly what I needed to fix my mask. wrong size. I have the mirage quatro. the on i received was a full inch longer than normal.

I bought a cpap seal for my mask, this is the second one I have purchased in the last year or so....this one does not seal against my face very good. For the 50 bucks I paid for this, I am pretty disappointed....It works better than the one it replaces but not by much....not sure if I will be a repeat customer for this item in the future.
For having to wear a mask this is a good one. It fit really nice.
