It has great reviews, but this mask makes me miserable. I'm a side sleeper, so the buckle is on the side I sleep on and leaves a giant dent in my head. It's painful enough to wake me up. I tried sliding a pad-a-cheek pad over it but it only make the hard lump a great big lump. If the straps are tight enough to stay in place, they sit right below my lower eyelids. If I loosen them to sit down on my cheeks, the mask leaks. It looks like the older version did not have a buckle and people complained about it not being adjustable. Why not make the straps adjustable with smooth thin velcro down near the nose piece where it wouldn't touch anything rather than a huge buckle on the side of your head? I'm using the large pillows which are too large. The medium fits better but the openings are much smaller and barely any airflow gets through. I can't believe anyone would be able to use the small. The openings are about the size of a pencil lead.

I started with a full face mask and thought it would take time and decided to use that time to shop around and try stuff. I figured Id hate nasal pillows, I was wrong, this thing is lightweight and so easy to use and keep on. I use mouth tape with it and a chin strap, or sometimes just one or the other, but either way it destroys the competition with comfort. The only time I dont use it is if my nasal congestion is bad. On that note, i made sure to look at this masks creator again, Resmed, to replace the mask I had been given at my local medical supply store and ended up with the F20 I think its called. Super nice mask when this one can't be used. Took some time but Im glad I invested the money to find this.

I absolutely love the this mask. Came from a Phillips dreamwear nasal pillow mask, which was great, but I did not like the way the air goes through the side harness, because when you lay on your side it restricts the air. This mask is so comfortable and free of leaking half the time I wake up in the morning and don’t even think it is on because I cannot feel it. I also find the breathing out on this mask is by far the easiest out of any mask I have ever use.Absolutely no leaking either. This is the only mask I will use going forward until I find something better. Then again, you can improve perfection.

There were things I really like about this mask such as the minimal head straps and ease of taking it on and off.Ultimately I decided I don’t love the sensation of the plastic inside of my nostrils. It was irritating and chaffing after an hour or two. But of all the masks I’ve tried, this is my second favorite. The nasal pillows lead me to try the Res Med N30i, a similar mask but with the nasal cradles and the tubing that connects on top of my head. Love this and it allows me to moveabout easily.
I had used the regular resmed nasal pillows for a decade, and was mostly happy with them. This mask is a huge improvement.I like that the part that goes over your head is stretchy and soft rather than think plastic. I LOVE the way that the mask disperses the exhaust air. Rather than a single steam of fairly heavy airflow coming out of my face, this is a more gentle and diffuse exhaust. This allows me to sleep with my hands higher up in front of me, rather than always having to avoid the airstream. The noise of my hands being in the wrong spot used to wake me fairly often.Love this!
My sleep was suffering so badly with old, uncomfortable and worn-out equipment. Seems to me Lofta is the most professional site available for cpap self-purchase. As I was told I’d have to pay for my supplies anyway, I went with Lofta as their prices seemed very competitive. At first it was hard adjusting to this mask after using a full face one, but now that I have, (I use nasal strips now at night to help me with congestion,) I am getting excellent, deep sleep when I use it and it is so much more comfortable than my old mask. Thanks! (Ps, supplies clean and obviously new!!)
This is the perfect mask in my opinion. I am new to masks and I tried each a full face, nasal mask, and nasal pillows. The nasal pillows are the best by far. They are the least intrusive, I do not get humidity buildup in the mask, I've had no seal issues, and it is the easiest to breathe through. I usually cannot breathe through my nose and even using nasal sprays, I cannot breath well enough to not breathe through my mouth. The nasal pillows solved this immediately even with a slightly stuffy nose. The nasal pillows with my pressure setting allow enough air for me to easily breathe through my nose. This is something that I could not get even with the nasal mask. This is something that I could not get even with the nasal mask. The multiple sizes of pillows that come with the complete mask system allowed me to get my perfect size without having to order multiple items. My only negative with the mask system is that I wish the head strap was a little bigger. I have a bigger head than normal (though nothing extreme) and the tightness of the strap was applying too much pressure on my nose. It wasn't too bad but I do wish I could loosen it a little more. I did develop a couple sores on the crease of my nose (where my nostrils meet my upper lip). This was due to the skin stretching (a little) more than it was used to. I applied vaseline during the day to help healing. The sores were gone within a week and were not too painful unless I let the sores get dry. After this bit of growing / stretching pain, I cannot imagine using a different mask.

It's a breeze to put on and take off, and the mask's components can be quickly disassembled for thorough cleaning. This feature ensures proper hygiene and maintenance, which is crucial for CPAP therapy. While personal preferences may vary, I highly recommend the ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask for anyone seeking a lightweight, comfortable, and effective sleep apnea solution. It's worth trying out if you're looking for a mask that combines functionality with exceptional comfort.
