Not happy that the hose ships with out the 90 degree angle fitting that is required to connect to the mask. Caused a problem when I put the new hose in my bag and didn't realize I needed the 90 degree angle fitting for the CPAP to work. cost me $100 to overnight ship the old connection.

I purchased the tubing previously and it included the connector for the mask. Now, for the same price as previous, they sell the hose WITHOUT the connector which leaves you to then purchase the connector separately (another $20) or re-use your old connector. Resmed's product description does not mention the lack of a connector. Hose is fine but product offer is deceptive

Disappointing that the support staff and website they directed me to as first time buyer wasn’t clear that this is useless for N20 mask users without additional parts! If I had not planned two months ahead it would have been a travel disaster but I had enough time to expedite order of “ required” full kit I should have been alert about originally. Adding insult to injury I had to pay sn additional $15 shipping fee :(. If the AirMini works as good as it appears to it will have been worth it!

Fast shipping

I have never purchased from Lofta before. I needed some travel apap supplies asap and didn’t know how this would go because I have run into red tape issues in the past. This was so easy. Easy toOrder and my supplies shipped right away. Lofta will be my go to place for apap supplies from here on out!

Hard to get the right parts

The tubing and face masks are of a different size than the larger machine and not compatible. This means you have to spend several hundred dollars for new tubing and mask that are compatible. However, what I ordered and what I received have different fittings and now I am on the road with a machine where the tubing does not fit the mask. They market the machine separately from the mask and accessories so that the 'sale' items have to be ordered separately and thus the issue.

I loved my AirMini

I loved my AirMini and use it for over a year exclusively. Then something changed: my nose got very dry and I would have an allergy like reaction one or two bourses every morning, runny nose and cough. I tried the Humidex plus disc. It did not help. Reluctantly I switched back to the airSense 10 and my symptoms improved. I told myself during the heating season the air in the house is too dry. I tried to switch back several times since then without success. Not being a great cleaner, I made a final effort and replaced the filter, tubing and mask and Humidex filter. Just to follow all your instructions. My latest interpretation: my body changed, age and different medications. The new tubing I bought still deserves 5 stars.

Not exactly what I needed

I had a break in the little elbow that connects the tubing to the facemask. I thought when I ordered new tubing, I would get a new elbow as well, but I was wrong. So now I have to order a new elbow, I guess?

Replacement tubing for AirMini

Bought replacement tubing for my AirMini. It was easy to order and came quickly. It was the first time I had ordered anything for it. My original tubing had lasted me a few years so I'm hoping that with proper care this will too.

incomplete order - very disappointing

I am frustrated beyond words. The tubing I bought ($74.00) fits the Air Res Mini on the equipment end but not on the mask end (masks - $209.00). It appears that a piece is missing - see photos below. I hope someone actually reads this and fixes the situation. I'm angry enough and retired (which equals impetus and time needed) to pursue this with the BBB and anyone else who'll listen. AARP, anybody?
