ResMed Mirage Activa LT Cushion & Clip Large/Wide Cushion

The Mirage Activa LT nasal cushion is a replacement seal for the ResMed Activa LT nasal CPAP mask. Facial oils and dirt and debris build up will cause a mask cushion to break down over a period of time. When you notice your CPAP mask is leaking it may be a sign that it is time to replace it.

I caution anyone considering the use of a ResMed Mask; "ResMed Customer Service is virtually non-existent". Try to find a phone number, web link, or e-mail address for their Customer Service. ResMed has a history of discontinuing masks. When finally was successful and & I tried to ask their Customer Service for their recommendation about which of their newer mask models might be a suitable substitute for the one I had been using for yrs., I was told that "We don't have one. We don't make recommendations like that". Guess if I'm no longer a customer that they care about, I'll buy a competitor's brand. CPAP.com is fantastic; ResMed leaves alot to be desired!

Been using this mask since they first came out on the market. Been sleeping on a machine for over 15 years and I've struggled through otther, ill fitting, cumbersome maskes with shorter life spans, that is, until my RT gave me a manufactirers sample mask to try out. I was hooked and have been ever since. This has to be the most comfortable, well fitting (leak proof) mask I've ever worn. and other than the headgear (Res-Med) which could stand some improvement, I give the mask, clip forehead pad and frame an excellent tating for both value and longevity. In facxt, I'm still using the frame my RT gave me over 10 years ago, thats excellent value IMO.

After four years of very regular use (almost daily). This cushion is still going strong. At 4 years you cannot complain about that. I can sort-of justify the price for this silicone mask cushion which is a marvel of design. Leakage is minimal and comfort great now that I do not have the headgear too tight which allows the cushion to "float" on the face It is crinkling around the edge of the thinnest part and I guess it will tear sooner or later so I am getting another as a spare.

Most comfy and least leakage.
15 January 2020

product received was brand new, arrived in factory sealed plastic bags. Exactly the same as what came with the mask. Very good price. I have been using CPAP for nearly 10 years and tried several different masks - nasal, full and nasal pillow, The Activa LT is the best for me, most comfortable and least leakage. Since Resmed is no longer manufacturing the Mirage Activa LT mask, I am going to order another package of two to keep on hand.

Not as comfortable as older versions

It works. I know this is supposed to be healthier and easier to clean but I find it very uncomfortable and I don't like the design that causes a substantial overhang beyond the mounting plate. I will research different headgear to find something else.

Not for me
17 April 2023

Once you get it on and tighten it when I breathe it makes noise collapsing and opening up collapsing because of the cushion that you have. Made on it just not very good for me.

Not good like the old ones
11 January 2023

Not the same one as what I have and it doesn't seal correctly. Kept waking up with air blowing around. I don't like the new plastic sleeve around the mask so went back to my old broken down one. Plus these things are way overpriced for those of us without insurance.

Perfect!!!!!!

This is the ONLY mask my mom can use and they stopped making it. She has tried a dozen others and none have worked for her. I thought I would go on eBay to see by chance if I could find one and I did, I'm so grateful. She is extremely happy to have a new mask, her old one was over a year old, was taped together and just wasn't working well anymore.

The cushion opening is smaller then the original. The nose portion is causing a pressure sore on the bridge of my nose.

Wonderful until recently

I love this mask sadly recently the layer that makes the seal amazing is either too small or degrades over time. What's happening is that the outer layer is pulling back somehow and exposing the firmer material underneath and causing issues with the area where it presses on my skin. The first two I had didn't do this but the third did so I purchased a replacement clip on portion instead of the whole assembly and it's doing the same thing. I've loosened the mask to the point where it breaks loose thinking it was too tight, didn't matter. I really like the mask and really need to find a solution to this problem. Thought of using moleskin to keep the internal material from irritating my skin but due to the design I can't get it attached without destroying the external ...Β MoreI love this mask sadly recently the layer that makes the seal amazing is either too small or degrades over time.
