Great for getting a good night’s sleep restful and calms the mind
I like that fact it’s liquid I only put 2 drops under the tongue for a restful sleep. It works really well when I have anxiety at night calms my mind
Excellent product, best I’ve tried for a good nights sleep, perfect combination of Bach flowers, also, much cheaper than the other brand.
