just needs bluetooth. good build quality, analog triggers. rear "grip" buttons would be a nice addition, but not necessary. solid controller overall.

This controller is a worthy successor to the original GameCube controller. It definitely feels more modern. I haven’t had any issues.

Feels great - love the layout and the rumble is a nice touch. Haven't had any issues whatsoever. Would love a yellow right joystick but I get it. Can't wait to finally try Eternal Darkness & RE4 & Ikuraga!

This is a fantastic re-creation of the GameCube controller. I hope that a further revision can add the click at the end of the travel on the triggers so it feels exactly like the original controller.

Great controller. Feels very nice in the hand and it’s awesome to have a good Wavebird replacement. The one I received had a faulty R2 trigger but within a week I received a replacement that works completely. My one complaint is the R2 and L2 sensitivity. On GameCube you have to press them almost halfway for the game to recognize they’re being pressed. From there, there is very little travel before the game recognizes a full press. In Super Mario Sunshine for example I struggle to walk and spray water, it mostly makes me stop and spray as if you did a full R press. If that could be fixed it would be perfect.

Do not hesitate to buy!! Amazing controller 10/10 feel and function. Literally best Gamecube controller i have ever used. Plugged the USB into my PC and it just WORKED. No hassle no fuss, just plugin and play. Customer service was also 10/10. Had a slight issue using the ZIP payment method and within 24 hours someone contacted me and helped me get everything on track. Order was shipped out promptly and shipping took only 3 days. AMAZING 10/10 FOR SURE!!!!

One of the best controllers my hands has ever felt. Everything feels so right with this. I bought multiple products from this company and i will continue to do so.

An actual, legit successor to the wavebird. Tested on GC and PC and works great. The joysticks are so, so smooth and the buttons are crisp and satisfying. For comparison purposes the build quality is better than the brawler64, the d-pad has a good solid post in the middle, and the layout is instantly familiar. I find the grip similar to the wavebird, but improved.I will point out there is no hard actuation at the bottom of the trigger pull, like in the original GC controllers. You may want to consider that if you're going to play a game that takes advantage of that controller feature.I can finally retire my childhood wavebird to my collection and out of regular use.
