The spring mechanism which tensions the staples fell out & was impossible to re-assemble.If making a purchase again I would look for a design that includes a staple tray which slides out at the front. The loading design of this stapler is very poor, although the rest of the construction is very solid. I was looking for a high quality stapler. This one needs to be re-designed.

Rexel Matador

We bought 6 of these staplers for our office 7 years ago and are very happy with them. They feel good, they're robust, always work and none of them have failed yet. We're a building design office so need to staple our plans together which are usually about 12-18 sheets, even up to 25 sheets, all no problem with this stapler. All in all, we're very happy.

Bought this stapler for a colleague, feedback is that its the best stapler she has had, a robust, and good quality product. with the added bonus of a free hole punch of equal quality, so will probably have to break my old stapler now in order to buy one of these for myself.

This really is the king of staplers. I've had one for years now and never had an issue. Designed to sit in your hand as if I were born grasping it. The rubber top and bottom add to the comfort, but the best feature has to be the staple remover at the back - remarkable that it isn't included in the product description!When I eventually move on to my next job, this will be my office steal!

It staples well. Ok with seven sheets, have not tried more. Easy to load. Strongly built - quite a heavyweight.

Solid Performer

I've had mine for years. Only problem I had was one time I used cheap 26/6 staples that couldn't go through the paper sheets. I use Rexel 24/6 staples and have no problems at all. Very solid construction.

Solidly built, effective stapler.

Had a number of staplers of poor build quality, never particularly effective and ultimately fail.This replacement has lived up to my hopes of being sturdy, reliable, well-made and up to the job! Also at a very fair price.

Stops working after a time

This stapler worked very very well for a few months of light use in a home office. However, it has stopped working well and can only staple a few sheets at a time and keeps mangling the lead staple. Wish I knew where the receipt was to claim the warranty.

I have been buying these staplers for years and are very happy with the strength and feel. Always use the handy stapler remover built in base. Saves finding a stapler remover on the odd times you need one.Very happy with this product & I am buying more for friends and family.
