Great stuff. I use it pre-emptively when I know there's a bit more pollen in the air or if it's windy. Kicks in after about 30 minutes to an hour.

I have had Hayfever and Sinusitis for nearly 60 years and I have truly tried and tested every brand of Hayfever Relief on the market. Some are over the counter and some are prescription medications with some of these affecting me so badlymy tongue or my throat swell which causes me more breathing difficulty.I always come back to Rhinocort because it is so very gentle on irritated mucous membranes and it does not contain alcohol. I could not be without my Rhinocort.There is no horrible after taste of product running down my throat. Just RELIEF :-)
good to see the double strength can be purchased without a script now. Great having the twin pack. This works well. I will always look out for the sale price of this product
For me this extra strength nasal spray works extremely well and can't do without it during Spring and Summer. Definately worth a try.
