I bought these jeans twice. They do come quite high on the waist which I appreciate but might deter other buyers. They are quite flattering. I am 5'2 and they hit just above my ankle. I had to size one size up from my typical jean size.

As in true Levis' fashion, the size you choose will absolutely depend on the colourway of the specific style. I own other ribcages where sizing down is needed as they stretch. These seem to be true to size and a true raw denim so maybe even go up a size based on preference. I reordered my usual size and will see how it goes.
Love the rise, weight, and colour (Georgie) of these! I’m super short at 5ft. and was ready to get them hemmed, but the straight leg actually looks great rolled up. I ordered my usual size and they’ve bagged out some, but in a lived in way that still looks great. Considering the black now too!

The jeans were much thinner than I expected, I should have done more research before buying but I have another pair of Levi’s Ribcage Straight (though without the 2% polyester content) and I love them.Overall these are verging on jegging material and oddly don’t even have flat felled seams on the legs which is more typical from my experience.
Overall I like it. For long torso people there are so many super/ultra high rise(12”) jeans out there, Levi’s Ribcage is always the one outcompetes others in the style of straight leg jeans. The cutting just smooths your belly and makes your bottom body look flattering. The blue colour I bought here is a bit different than the grey one I bought from Levi’s store though, waist runs tigger and materials is coarser on skin. I guess the wash and batches matters, so I actually don’t know which is true to size.
Love how high these sit on my body. I have a long torso and these go just above my bellybutton. The legs on these are a tiny bit wider than the light blue ripped knee ones I own. I wish they made more styles of Ribcage like tapered or skinny. That being said, I just ordered a third pair:)
After reading the reviews, I chose the same size as I normally would, and it fits great! The length is perfect, not too long, and not too short. Exactly how I expected it to fit. Levi's never go out of style.
