Unfortunately the bike arrived scratched. It is very difficult to tighten the seat and handlebars enough to ensure they do not move when the bike is being used. I find this worrisome. It's a lovely colour.

This balance bike is for taller toddlers. Unfortunately too tall for our child at the moment (2years old). The instructions to put this together are very basic and the safety cover for the bolts slips off easily - unsure if we have a faulty one or if they are all like this. Great paint work and hopefully a great future bike.

The bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I used my own spanners to assemble, and I would recommend doing the same for a safe and secure assembly, as the pressed metal "spanners" provided aren't really adequate. The bike was a hit with my two year old niece

Havent used it yet as its been put away for Christmas but the box was light. We got this one because the seat and handle bars are adjustable unlike other brands
We are very happy with the Rigo Kids Balance Bike. Great value when compared with other brands in the market. A nice style for our toddler too!
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it has arrived with a piece missing so we can’t assemble it for her. Otherwise the quality seems fine. The instructions, including the pictures are not very clear. Very disappointing as she now has no Christmas gift and we are hoping to be contacted to find out how we can access the spare part, hopefully before Christmas!
My son loves it. It's good but handle bars need adjusting after every big drop. Seat too needs regular tightening. Not a big deal as Chillafish equivalent was sturdy in this regard. However, the Chillafish did wear out very quickly. We do prefer this bike to the Chillafish equivalent.
We were happy with Rigo kids balance bike. The look and quality is good for the price and it is light weight. My son loves it as well. However, assembling was a little hard as no proper instructions were given and we have to watch a YouTube video.
Missing a vital part so unable to put together on Christmas Eve. The frames look sturdy, wheels plastic type material. Will be returning for a refund as sadly we cannot assemble to use it.
We got this early for our son, he won’t be able to fit it for a couple of years but it was easy to put together, strong and reliable. Looks fantastic and the price was perfect considering the over priced others you can get for less quality.
