This heater hasnt missed a beat! Its the middle of winter and we still havent had its on full heat. Weve had it on the lowest setting using the fan and its met our heating needs in our apartment. It starts first time every time, and we have had no problems with it whatsoever. I recommend the item highly.

I bought this heater for my elderly mother. Its the same one she already had, but that one had finally stopped after years of reliable service. Its easy to install and use, gives off good heat,and has almost a 5 star rating. Mum is happy because she knows it will keep on going without any problems.

We bought the Rinnai Titan Radiant Heater 151N a month ago from Appliances online and it is great for our loungeroom area with it only having 2 burners it is the perfect size for this room. We have used it a couple of times since we bought it and it warms up the room perfectly. The gentleman who delivered our new heater was lovely. Appliances online are a pleasure to deal with.

Cant fault this product. It does exactly what it says it does, its worked perfectly since the very first time we have used. As a result of it working so well, we did not bother sending it back after it arrived with a slight dent in the frame of the heater. Obviously at some point the box must have been dropped or bashed so I was a little disappointed with the dents. It was that cold though, that we just plugged it in and started using it to heat the lounge and dining area. With all the family working from home we have loved have a more cosy and warm environment to work in.
We have had this heater for six weeks, and it kept us nice and warm, up until last night, when it first malfunctioned (it will ignite, but the gas closes off when the ignition button is released). Have tried switching to a newly-filled gas cylinder, making sure that all valves are open - in case it was a gas-pressure thing, but no success. I've rung Rinnai help line, and registered my details. Awaiting call-back - but it's now Saturday, and I think that we are in for a very cold weekend, at least. I expect that the fault will turn out to be something minor, but I paid a lot of money to have this heater to provide heat in the middle of winter, and I am very annoyed that it has gone on the blink after such a short time.
This little powerhouse heats our very large living room/kitchen area, which has very high ceilings. It is easy to start, fans run quietly and the glow from the three bars gives the room a nice ambiance. Very happy with it so far and we have had it a few weeks. Does well even on a chilly morning.
I love this gas heater...fast heat that heats a large area. And ..you cannot go past the after sales service from Rinniai. Australian company that backs their products that was my pleasant experience in years past.
This is the BEST buy for the icebox we live in called a house! We've bought the normal electric heaters but they would only warm up bedrooms not the main wide open area we live in (it's a rented home so it wasn't our choice of house design). I was going to buy the smaller of the Rinnai Heaters but I figured for an extra $100.00 I might as well get the 3 burner. I have found it's best to put all 3 burners on to warm the house it usually takes 15 minutes, switch it down to 2 burners for 30 minutes and then just 1 burner for the rest of the night. I find it to be a great light for when I don't want to switch a light on and it does help me sleep though my favourite shows on tv haha.. Had a similar Rinnai that was almost 20 years old. Decided to update due to concerns about the units efficiency ( due to age ) and to minimise unflued fumes, which seemed to have increased in recent years. Very happy with all aspects of our new Rinnai, especially the reduction in fumes when in use. Also, seems to heat up the room a lot quicker and we can run it on 1 or 2 bars more efficiently than we could with the old unit. Very happy with the new unit
I chose the Rinnai 252N because it offered radiant heat. I don't know anyone who doesn't like to warm their hands or feet when they come in on a cold day. The heater easily handles a large room with ease when outside is high single digits Centigrade. It is quiet, compact and easy to move from one connection to another. The Appliances On Line web system is a breeze and so fast and efficient. Good job guys!
