I replaced a previous Rinnai HWS and the plumbing installation was done on time and effectively. But have heard nothing about connecting the existing thermostat to the heater other than "that is an electrician's role".

I bought our Rinnai Infinity32 a couple of months ago and it has been a gem. We can have the two showers and the kitchen tap going all at the same time and we all have hot water and very good pressure. Love it!

I just love this piece of kit. Hot water instantaneosly on demand, more volume than the earlier smaller model I had. Look forward to showers!
