They'll definitely provide decent protection for your hands. No real complaints however they're a bit big in terms of their size (XL = 14 Oz) or moreso the padding is more on the outside of hand rather than the palm side which makes em a bit pillowyHowever would still recommend

gloves are 5/5, love how they feel and the feedback you get from them.shopping experience overall is 4/5 because I could not find any information about how much Oz these gloves are and I would not have gotten them if I knew it was 8 oz

Good quality and great for any sort of heavy bag training. You can go power punch, combos or fast-and-light. I recommend it for more power and combo training.

I purchased these Rival gloves on a recommendation from the boxing club I attend. I went for an XL glove and being 6”7” I was sceptical whether they would fit. They’re perfect and offer a comfortable protected feel during training. Don’t look anywhere else..
Item seemed nice, but didn't come close to fitting based off Rivals' size recommendation. Also having to pay for your own return shipping for something you have to guess and try on stinks, I'm pretty far from Vegas and a beginner so it makes 0 sense to bother ordering from here.
I do box without hand wraps only because it's a long hassle, and my knuckles got busted and got cuts. I was hoping it'd be better. Might want to improves on the padding protection, possibly for those that are non hand wrap people.

Bought some RB4's for my son and 2 nephews (1 x 8oz & 2 x 10oz). They all said they love it! Quality is perfect! Foam padding protects hands! Inside nylon lining is cool for their little hands. Synthetic leather is just right since they only train twice a week (All bag work & mitt work. Don't use these for sparring). Most importantly velcro wrist strap holds wrist solidly in place. Plus, design of gloves are cool to look at. Overall, great gloves to train in if you're a beginner.
I bought this for my wife, size small. It's her very first gloves. She loves the fit, especially with hand wraps on! The quality of the materials used is very good. Looks great too and comes nicely packaged in a box. I am glad I opted for this one instead of another brand. Looks great in white colour! I would definitely get my own pair from Rival next time around! Recommended if you are looking for an inexpensive but quality boxing gloves!
Ok for a beginner boxer. Good value for money to get you started. Seemed okay on pads. Although I found it didnt have the feedback I was after. Too soft and too much give. Certainly not enough impact protection on a hard bag for heavy hitters. Thumb positioning not quite right for me either. Glove is one peice rather than a seperate thumb and this makes all the difference. You get what you pay for I guess. Also the white had black scuff marks from pad work. I'll be rotating this glove in for aquabag work. Light padwork and double end bag work.
