The consistency and texture are great, smooth and creamy, though hubby thought it was similar to deb mash, though I didn’t agree. If I saw it marked down, I’d purchase again to freeze or have, only because hubby does a pretty good mash from scratch with out random additions like fish

Surprisingly excellent! I did not give this product the justice it deserved when I picked it up recently. It looked very unappealing in its transparent packaging, and I opened it for last night's dinner with very low expectations. But knock me sideways... it was really, really good! We had it as a side dish with slow cooked silverside, and were both impressed with its smoothness, consistency and taste. Delicious and creamy! There wasn't an overly strong taste of garlic (not that I would have minded, I actually love garlic) and the whole thing was a hit with both of us. Thanks HEAPS Bunch, we will definitely be buying this again for those times we can't be bothered making mash potato from scratch!

The Woolworths roasted garlic potato mash is the same price and size (475g). Dreamy creamy mash. This roasted garlic potato mash was in a display fridge with other prepared/chopped vegetables and near to the ready meals section. Comes in a deep oval tray with a clear label which looks different from the other products. The $6. 50 price is a little high for us. Microwave heating was simple. It appeared a little lumpy when stirred halfway but at the end when fully heated it was soft, smooth and creamy. Had a good buttery and garlic taste and was a decent portion size for four people as a side to dinner. It was present but a delicate flavour, not artificial or overpowering. Can be frozen, which is very handy, but it comes with a long use by date. Available in two other flavours as well.
Creamy Spuds. We had the garlic mashed potatoes with our dinner tonight. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes where really creamy, fluffy and tasty. Just like how mash potatoes need to be. You could just taste a hint of garlic, we would had like more garlic in this mash. I just added a little black pepper on top. The cooking instructions are clear and easy to follow, apart from the print being very small. It only takes 4 minutes to heat up, which is handy if your in a rush. At $6. 50 for a tub that feeds 2 adults, it's not value for money. I would purchase again if it has a yellow reduced sticker. As you can freeze this product. Thank You Bunch for a yummy sample.
Convenient, delicious & simple! I only gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 as it quite pricey at $6. 50 for less than a half kilo portion, though other than that, I cannot fault it. It is deliciously smooth, creamy and well-flavoured without being overpowering. Love how it's made in Aus with mainly Aussie ingredients and no added nasties, just simple natural ingredients. Good to see that the packaging is PEFC Certified and all recyclable too. Really love the convenience, just whack in the microwave and it's ready to go in under 5 mins! Such a moreish accompaniment to any dish, especially beneath a good steak and alongside other veggies. It almost doubles as a sauce/cream for whatever else is on your plate - win win!
Quick and easy Mash. I have been buying this Mash for so long and I absolutely love it and considering it is a microwave mash potato. Smooth and creamy texture and literally melts in your mouth, but it could do with more garlic flavouring. Is the perfect consistency to dollop onto your plate. Smells nice and not overbearing. Great timing as winter is here and perfect with winter vegies, all meats, but I do occasionally add butter and pepper, just makes me feel like I have made it. It is a bit expensive, but being a shift worker and you really need something quick and easy to make, this is brilliant and it is like having a home made meal.

Greater value for money would obviously come from making your own mash but when time doesn’t permit this is a good option. For my tastebuds…the garlic is not prominent enough. I realise that this is because it is a pricy ingredient and the name of the game is profit. However I would be willing to pay more for a true garlic mash. Garlic is the first ingredient mentioned on the packet so it stands to good reason that the impression is more of a garlic hit than exists.
