The Q Revo is a great leap in technology and innovation, I had a RoboRock S5 for 5 years and it was great but I wanted something to mop my floors too. The build quality is great, no issues so far and it does a fantastic job cleaning my floors and navigating my home.I had a few issues with the robot getting stuck and wetting medium pile rugs but 90% of the flooring in my home is vinyl plank or tiled floor, so I excluded those and vacuum them manually which is fine as rugs need more suction power to clean properly anyway.I think the Q Revo is the best value that money can buy and highly recommend unless you have a lot of thick rugs or carpet, then the models with detachable mops may be better for you.

I can't believe I'm geeking out over a robot vacuum, but this thing has been awesome! It's been running daily for the past two weeks...vacuuming daily and mopping twice a week. It's relatively quiet compared to my previous robotic vacuums, and setting it up was pretty easy. The base station is kinda big, but it needs to be.The vacuum picks up a lot of dirt and moves from flat-surface to carpet without an issue. The app is great once you get used to it, and I catch myself watching the app while the robot vacuums to see 'where is it now?!?'.The mapping and obstacle avoidance is great. The best part is that it's short enough to fit under almost all of our furniture.I have zero issues with this machine and would highly recommend it.

Highly recommended for someone who needs a helping hand around the house. I personally choose to pick up art supplies left around by the kids and move chairs around before running the Roborock Q Revo daily. I tend to do other household chores while it's running during the early mornings because it always finds wayward pencils to which I must resolve by pausing the machine. The machine will kept running even with a pencil under its bottom, but I can't stand the sound, nor the thought that the pencil may scratch the wood floors. The device is quite green, meaning, you don't have to purchase disposal bags if you're interested in manually emptying the bin located inside the robot. I personally choose to manually empty the bin each night and tap the filter clean, which typically only takes 2 minutes. Although the machine cuts down on my overall time to clean the house, and keeps my house cleaner than when I didn't have the device, I wished the pads underneath the Roborock Q Revo can mop closer to the edge of the wall instead of leaving out about ~2" of untouched space along every wall. Also, to ensure you're not fully dissatisfied, know that realistically, the mop doesn't put a lot of weight down while cleaning, so if your floors get dried food stains like caramelized onions on the kitchen floor from last nights cooking, the robot will have a hard time removing it, even with two separate runs. There's just some items you just have to deep clean yourself. The machine is easy to maintain, which I prefer to do nightly, you can just YouTube others demonstrating how to do so. For those concerned about the smell from the dirty water bin, I haven't had that problem. Maybe it's because each night I empty the dirty water bin, rinse the bin with clean water, and leave the bin open until I'm ready to run the device in the morning? That said, I still highly recommend this machine because the occasional deep clean and nightly maintenance still pales to the benefits of having a helping hand that has kept my house cleaner than when I tried to do everything myself around the house. I just ran out of time.

I don't usually leave reviews but this thing is genius. I already had a Roborock vac and had bought another very popular brand that was just a mop. The mapping was awful and it would just go in circles and not mop anything. Apparently it had trouble with dark floors and it thought the seams in my concrete floors were cliffs! I have a dog that sheds year round, black floors and live on av ranch that gets very dusty and muddy. The Q Revo has no problem with anything. The Roborock mapping is brilliant! Kudos to the software designers. And the fact that it knows to lift the mop heads and increase suction when it hits my area rugs is a stroke of genius. I still run my vac to do a first pass and then send the combo out My floors are always sparkling clean. I can't say ... MoreI don't usually leave reviews but this thing is genius. Mopping was GREAT! I really liked not having to babysit the robot for water changes. It was very reliable in that. It also did a good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the mopped floors. And the robot vacuum is pretty good too, picking up dog hair and small debris. BUT, the vacuum part of the docking station was really bad! I have 1 chocolate labs with 1 to 2 inch (2 to 5cm) hair and it plugged the evacuation tube every time it docked. Every time. Almost nothing made it into the dust bin bag. If I can't vacuum, then what's the point? It was returned and I'm very disappointed. I just want a mop/vac with a docking station that works.
I bought Q Revo 2 days ago and tested on my 2400 sf house after lifting up all chairs and any possible obstacle to allow it run faster. First ran vaccum only with balanced succión and it left dirt crumbles everywhere in open areas despite it collected a lot. The rotating brush sometimes does not trap the dirt and it just moves to the area that was already cleaned. But vaccum is all or nothing otherwise it does not look clean. It took 175 min and battery at 28%. It also did not finish a room to go to another room and then come back to finish what was left. It did that with multiple rooms which I think is a waste of time going back and forward. However, I ran it again using the turbo option and it ran a bit faster 169 min not leaving rooms unfinished perhaps because ... MoreI bought Q Revo 2 days ago and tested on my 2400 sf house after lifting up all chairs and any possible obstacle to allow it run faster. It did that with multiple rooms which I think is a waste of time going back and forward. However, I ran it again using the turbo option and it ran a bit faster 169 min not leaving rooms unfinished perhaps because the second time the map was known and it left very few dirt crumbles as turbo option seems to have bit more suction. I will try the max mode next time. The mop cycle with low water and standard mode left dirt stains in many places where it passed. Then i used the medium water level and deep mode. This time it cleaned much better and it took 235 min (cleaning are 159 m2, battery 19%) as it seems it cleans 2 times the same area. We have professional cleaners that clean airbnb houses and they have 5 hours to clean between each guest. There are millions of airbnbs world wide as well as hotels and motel rooms, so this is a huge market. A human cleaner takes 40 min to vac and 40 min to mop a 2100 sf house. Even for household owners the cleaning time is important. I think making one vac robot and one mop robot will be much better than one vac/mop hybrid robot. Two separate robots would have 2 batteries and can run simultaneously when one room is vaccum the moper robot can start there and follow the vac robot room after room. Also, the vac robot could have more space for bigger dust bin and corner vacuuming system and brushes and software and a shape designed for vacuum only and hence increasing efficiency and job time. Mopping task has no common thing with vacuum task except the house mapping which could even be shared between the 2 robots. The mop robot could have bigger and much thicket mop pads to capture more dirt similar to manual mops ad well as a bigger water tank. It could have its own edge mop like an angle shape to even clean the baseboards and wall edges at the same time. While the rotating mops are a great design, having them in the back of the robot may not be most efficient. If the robot could move in different directions without the need to rotate then it could reach wall edges with the mops while moving leftwards along the entire wall facing mops to the wall and you do not need to build expensive systems to extend the mops which also leaves a trail not mopped. Similarly the vac brush and mops do not need to be lifted if there are 2 dedicated robots. I believe the cleaning time could be reduced tremendously as well as power capacity increased and cost reduced by simplifying the systems and separating the software responsibilities as well as making it easier to improve each robot type.
I really like this machine. I have another brand but this Q Revo is a lot more sophisticated. It is almost hands free. I have been using the standard strength when mopping and some tough spots remained. Will definitely try a stronger setting to see if it is cleaner. Overall it is a great machine. The app is reasonably intuitive. I have no trouble using it. Now just hope it will last.
I've been using this robot floor cleaner for a year, and it's been a game-changer! It's 90% effective at avoiding obstacles and almost never gets stuck, which makes cleaning a breeze. I add a small amount of Lysol for a fresh, clean scent every time. The smart features are great—I just say, "Hey Google, clean the kitchen," or use the app to start it up from anywhere. While it's not a full replacement for mopping or vacuuming, it handles daily maintenance perfectly. Highly recommend
This machine is amazing. We've had it for about 3 weeks now and our house have never been so clean. With 3 kids and 2 dogs we were manually cleaning every week or so but our house would get dirty again within a day or two... that has all changed now! This guy is super easy to use... the app is great and I was amazed by the mapping process and the features in the app to customize the cleaning processes. Now some things to know:- I was confused at first because when we first started using the Q Revo, it would "clean the mops" BEFORE a cleaning routine that would involve mopping. At first I thought something was wrong, but I now think the reason is that it's getting the mops complely saturated before it starts a mopping cycle. This makes sense, but it would have been ... MoreThis machine is amazing. We've had it for about 3 weeks now and our house have never been so clean. At first I thought something was wrong, but I now think the reason is that it's getting the mops complely saturated before it starts a mopping cycle. This makes sense, but it would have been nice to understand that via the instructions better. It does seem to use quite a bit of water during this cleaning process, so I think a better implementation would have been to have a separate routine for the pre-clean mop wetting process, but minor gripe.- I've seen some issues people have with the dust bin being too full and getting clogged. We have not had that issue, but we primarily use this to maintain cleanness. We fully cleaned our house before using this and have used it every other day or so to maintain.- I believe it only operates on 2.4GHz wifi, so keep that in mind.- The dirty water tank can get a little smelly so keep it empty/clean, but that does just go to show the mops are getting up some nasty stuff!Things I love:- Will vaccume carpets before wetting mops and then move on to hardwood/tile- Lifts mops over carpet, automatically detects carpets- App is just awesome, love the mapping features and cleaning customizations (ability to set rooms, schedules, identify carpets and rugs manually, furniture, etc...)- Vaccum is super quiet- Self docking, empyting dustbin, and cleaning mops work fantastic- Charges pretty fast- Does exactly what we need it to do, maintains a clean house.- Avoids obstacles very well, super smart in this regard. has avoided cliffs at the top of stairs well also.- Good battery life, it cleans our approximate 900sqft of 1st floor open cleaning space (as calculated by the robot) that is a mix of carpet and hardwood/tile on a single charge with some battery to spare. This is about 90 minutes of continouse cleaning.- Is easy to use with multiple floors, once it maps other floors or areas, simply picking up the robot and moving it to that floor will allow it to automatically detect this area and clean accordintly. You can save multiple maps/floors in the app.- I have not really had to intervene much if at all. I am fully able to do other tasks while this robot works, though I will admit for the 1st week we all liked to watch it work as it was amazing for us to see (this is our 1st robot vaccum).- Large volumes for water tanks and dust bag.- I wasn't thrilled at first about having to buy and replace the dust bags in the dock, however after using it, replacing the bags is a much cleaner and faster process than emptying and cleaning our bagless manual vaccum. The bags have a neat little sealing method when removing so no dust escapes. This has been our best purchase in a long time, very glad we did so.
