👌❤️😊Excellent product, i got my money’s worth. Very efficient vacuum & mop work. I can leave it unattended so i can multitask. Lots of cat hair and bird feathers caught by the vacuum, incredible. The dustbin is easy to empty after every cleaning. Mop is easy to remove too.Note: Make sure the dock area where it’s supposed to go back is clean when mapping an area for the first time. Otherwise it won’t go back to the dock and you’ll have to redo the map. The robot tries to climb up on gentle slopes like electric fan stands so make sure you put them away somewhere while the robot is cleaning.

Better than my Roomba

I love this! I've been a loyal Roomba user, but after my last one stopped working I decided to give this brand a try. It's amazing! I can map out my rooms, then tell the robot vacuum to go only to a certain area to either vacuum or mop, it does a great job, it's quiet, and it doesn't get lost going home! It also hasn't gotten stuck like my Roomba always did. The mop is fine--it's not meant to do a deep mopping job, but it's good for inbetween real moppings. I highly recommend!

Not exactly the best bang for the buck.

As a long time RR owner, I will say this is not a huge improvement over my S5 Max. Obstacle avoidance leaves a lot to be desired. It routinely runs over the legs of my chairs, dog toys, and anything of the like, and I assure you all avoidance detection is turned on. When it does detect an object to avoid it sadly leaves a huge area within the proximity of the obstruction unclean.Another disappointment is the fact that I have to continually purchase filters for the auto empty bin. I understand Roblox is trying to make money, however it is not an environmentally friendly solution, it is a major inconvenience to have to continuously reorder, not to mention they are quite costly.Other than that it seems to be the same build quality you expect from RR.

This thing WORKS, period.

This is my first robot vac. I have a 1000sq ft apartment with laminate floors throughout, and a large low pile rug in the livingroom. I bought a Bobsweep Dustin first, but didn’t open it once it arrived because I dug into the REAL “verified purchase” reviews and it just fails all the time. So, my brother has a Q Revo series of this brand and he sent me a link. I did it need that expensive of a model so I focused on this Q8 because of the suction rating, the dual brush and the cool looking app with the 3D mapping. I have some cables and cords on the floor in some areas, and this thing went EVERYWHERE, OVER cords, tightly around every table leg, and did a 40min cleaning job PERFECTLY. This thing works, period.

Wi-Fi 2.4

The quality is good, and it cleans well too. The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi connection. Since it only supports 2.4 GHz, I had to reconfigure my router, and for some reason, it was really difficult to connect. It worked for five days, then disconnected, and now I can't reconnect it. But the good thing is that the map was created and everything was set up, so I can start cleaning by pressing the button on the vacuum. In short, if you're not bothered by the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, you can confidently buy it.
